Place de Barcelone (Barcelona square or Barcelona place) is a square in the center Tunis, capital of Tunisia.
The square is surrounded by the streets of Belgium (rue de Belgique) and Ali-Darghouth. The streets that converge towards the square are the streets of Holland (rue de Holland), Koufa, Greece (rue de Grèce), Ali-Darghouth, England (rue d'Angleterre), Spain (rue d'Espagne), as well as Avenue Farhat-Hached. It is located not far from the embassies of France in Tunisia, Italy and Place Mongi-Bali.
It is home to an important urban transport hub, with the Tunis light metro, many bus lines, the Gare de Tunis managed by the Tunisian National Railway Company and a public garden. In 2011, it is the place of several demonstrations.
In 2008, the central director of major projects of the Société des transports de Tunis (Transtu) announced that it would launch a redevelopment project with a total value of 27.3 million dinars. He must create an underground bus station, the whole of the place then being dedicated to the metro; an improvement in traffic in the neighboring streets and avenues is also expected. [1]

Barcelona Sants is the main railway station in Barcelona, owned by Adif, the railway infrastructure agency of Spain. The Société des transports de Tunis or Transtu is the parastatal authority to manage public mass transit in the greater Tunis area. It supervises the bus network, the Métro léger de Tunis and the TGM light rail link to La Marsa. Transtu was founded in 2003 when the Société nationale des transports (SNT) and the Société du métro léger de Tunis (SMLT) were combined. Annually Transtu handles about 460 million passagers. Jellaz Cemetery is a large hillside Muslim cemetery in Tunis, Tunisia, established in the thirteenth century. Located next to the bus station, the cemetery is the largest in the city. The Borj Ali Rais Ottoman fortress is visible from most places in the cemetery. Visiting the cemetery is a duty during Aid el Fitr at the end of Ramadan. Family members at this time clean and paint the tombs, which face Mecca.

The Banque de Tunisie is a bank in Tunisia, the first established in the country in modern times. It has been listed in the Bourse de Tunis since 1990.
Avenue Habib Bourguiba is the central thoroughfare of Tunis, and the historical political and economic heart of Tunisia. It is named for Habib Bourguiba, the first President of Tunisia and the national leader of the Tunisian independence movement. Today, the broad Avenue aligned in an east-west direction, lined with trees and facades of shops, and fronted with street cafes on both sides, and which is compared to the Champs-Élysées in Paris, and its extension, the Avenue de France, Place de l'Indépendance marking the central roundabout with Lake of Tunis at the eastern end. Many of the important monuments are located along this avenue, including Cathedral of St. Vincent de Paul, French Embassy in Tunisia and Théâtre municipal de Tunis.
The Ministry of Transport is a government ministry of Tunisia. The ministry offices are located in Tunis, along Avenue Mohamed Bouazizi, near Tunis Carthage Airport. As of 2020 Moez Chakchouk is the minister.
The Place Charles Rogier (French) or Karel Rogierplein (Dutch), usually shortened to the Place Rogier, or Rogier by locals, is a major square in the Brussels municipality of Saint-Josse-ten-Noode, Belgium. It is named in honour of Charles Rogier, a former Prime Minister of Belgium who played a great political role during the Belgian Revolution of 1830.
