The third season of Ples sa zvijezdama , the Croatian dance competition television series based on Strictly Come Dancing , ran for eight episodes from 25 October to 20 December 2008 on HRT 1. [1]
Duško Ćurlić and Barbara Kolar returned as the hosts of the season. Elio Bašan, Milka Babović, Davor Bilman, and Dinko Bogdanić returned as the judges.

Ples sa zvijezdama is a Croatian dance competition television series. It is the Croatian version of the British television series Strictly Come Dancing and is a part of the global Dancing with the Stars television franchise. The series follows various Croatian celebrities paired up with professional dancers competing for the win an elimination-style format.
The tenth season of the Australian Dancing with the Stars debuted on 27 June 2010. Daniel MacPherson and Sonia Kruger returned as hosts, while Todd McKenney, Helen Richey, and Mark Wilson returned as judges. This was Wilson's last season as judge.

Bojan Jambrošić, is a Croatian pop singer who in 2009 won the first season of talent show Hrvatska traži zvijezdu, the Croatian version of Idol series. After his win, he was signed to Dallas Records. The same year, he released his debut album Bolji od ljubavi. He also took part in season 5 of Ples sa zvijezdama, the Croatian version of Dancing with the Stars aired on HRT1. His partner was Martina Bastić. They finished third overall out of eight dancing couples. He sang the theme song for TV series Ruža vjetrova, until the show stopped using it in the 160th episode of season 1.
The 14th season of Taniec z Gwiazdami, the Polish edition of Dancing With the Stars, started on 7 March 2014. Unlike the previous thirteen seasons, this one was aired on Polsat TV network. It was hosted by Krzysztof Ibisz and Anna Głogowska, season 13 professional champion. Beata Tyszkiewicz and Iwona Pavlović returned as judges, joined by a ballroom dancer and former World Latin Dance Champion Michał Malitowski as well as an actor Andrzej Grabowski.
