The Polish Maritime Foundation ((pl.) Polska Fundacja Morska) is an independent, non-profit, non-governmental organisation located in Swinoujscie, Poland.
The aim of the foundation is the popularization of historical and training values of sailing, its material and spiritual culture, expanding the historical knowledge of sailing in Poland, Europe and the rest of the world, and the dissemination of Polish sailing achievements.
These activities include:
the protection and preservation of material cultural heritage, the build-up of national resources, the preservation of historic relics and archives against the effects of natural disasters and the battle against the theft and illegal export of artifacts from Poland.
the dissemination of Polish sailing achievements, the making of historic relics available to the public and the saving of resources of cultural heritage in digital form according to the history of sailing.
The primary method of the foundation's work is the coordination of initiatives for the building of a sailing museum and digital maritime library in Poland and giving support for institutions and private citizens working on the preservation of Polish sailing history.
Other projects, in partnership with other institutions from Poland and abroad, include: public debates, the publication of books, research and social campaigns, the organisation of conferences, workshops and training.

The project proposes building the sailing museum in Swinoujscie in Poland. The museum will centralise all historic Polish sailing relics. When it is finished it will be the first sailing museum in Poland.

The foundation was funded by publishing a book about a famous Polish sailor, Ludomir Mączka, by Macieja Krzeptowskiego and Wojciecha Jacobsona. Authors, experienced sailors and travellers were shown photographs of his life, who in his long-distance sailing career circumnavigated the globe many times in his beloved yacht "Maria".
The foundation organised an expedition with the racing yacht Fazisi sailing from Świnoujścia to New York City and Jamestown in the United States, in co-operation with the Polish Yachting Association of North America on the occasion of the 400th anniversary of the first Polish colonist to arrive in North America.
The expedition was planned and financed by sailors from all over Poland. It started from Swinoujscie and went via IJmuiden in the Netherlands; Saint Malo, on the west coast of France; the Azores; Bermuda; finishing in New York and Jamestown. The voyage coincided with Hurricanes Gustav, Hanna and Ike.

Wojciech Kurtyka is a Polish mountaineer and rock climber, one of the pioneers of the alpine style of climbing the biggest walls in the Greater Ranges. He lived in Wrocław up to 1974 when he moved to Kraków. He graduated as engineer in electronics. In 1985 he climbed the "Shining Wall" Gasherbrum IV, which Climbing magazine declared to be the greatest achievement of mountaineering in the twentieth century. In 2016, he received the Piolet d'Or for lifetime achievement in mountaineering.

Krzysztof Baranowski – yachtsman, sailing captain, journalist, teacher, member of the Council Board of Polish Maritime Foundation. He is the first Pole to sail twice single-handed around the globe. He is a graduate of the Wroclaw University of Technology and High School of the Journalists in Warsaw.
Banana Boat is a Polish a cappella sextet, authoring and performing original songs representing the genre of neo-shanties. Being one of the pioneers of the new genre, the group retains its simultaneous focus on contemporary interpretations of traditional sea shanties and maritime music. Owing to its characteristic six-part, jazzy harmony, departing from the traditional sound of the music of the sea, the group has become one of the emblems of what the international artists of the maritime stage have informally come to dub as the Polish style maritime song. With maritime music constantly in the focus of its activity, since 2004, Banana Boat has also been experimenting with other musical genres, including popular and jazz compositions, inviting other artists to participate in individual projects. The group is a Member of International Seasong and Shanty Association (ISSA).

The Baltic Single & Double Handed Polonez Cup Race is a Baltic Sea yachting regatta, known as the most difficult single-handed Baltic Sea offshore contest.
The Polish Library in Paris is a Polish cultural centre of national importance and is closely associated both with the historic Great Emigration of the Polish élite to Paris in the 19th-century and the formation in 1832 of the Literary Society, later the Historical and Literary Society. The Library was founded in 1838 by Adam Jerzy Czartoryski, Julian Ursyn Niemcewicz and Karol Sienkiewicz, among others. Its first task was to safeguard all surviving books, documents, archives and treasures of national significance. It has become a historical and documentary resource open for the use of Poles and other researchers and visitors. The Library houses three museums related to significant Polish artists: the Salon Frédéric Chopin, the Adam Mickiewicz Museum and the Bolesław Biegas Art collection. Copernicus Festival is a science festival held every May in Kraków, Poland. It was founded in 2014 and provides lectures, discussions, workshops, film screenings and exhibitions focusing on neuroscience, evolutionary biology, physics, law, and philosophy at various venues in the city. The European Coalition was a short-lived political alliance and electoral list in Poland. It was established in 2019 by a group of former prime ministers and former foreign ministers, including Jerzy Buzek, Ewa Kopacz, Grzegorz Schetyna and Radosław Sikorski. They declared the will to construct "one broad list in European Parliament election, the aim of which would be to restore Poland's strong position in the European Union". The Coalition is to be pro-European and centrist.
