Potu is a 2024 Bengali language Bangladeshi crime thriller film. It was directed by Ahmed Humayun and is the first film directed by the director. ^[1] It was produced and distributed by Jaaz Multimedia. Evan Sair, Afra Shaiara and Shoaib Monir play the lead roles. Music

The song was sung by Kolkata's Lagnajita Chakraborty, Bangladesh's Islam Palakar along with the film's director and music director Ahmed Humayun himself. ^{[6] [7]}

Production

The music director Ahmed Humayun made his debut as a director by directing this film. The story of the film and the shooting are all around Rajshahi, the northern city of Bangladesh. ^[8] It received uncut clearance from the censor board on 3 April 2024. ^{[9] [10]}

Release

The first look of the film was released on 9 February 2024. ^[11] The film was scheduled to release on 11 April 2024 on the occasion of Eid, but it was delayed and released in 6 theaters on 10 May 2024. ^{[12] [13]}
