Praveen Raj Devasagayam (born 13 April 1990) is an Indian actor who works in Tamil films and television. He made his acting debut with Star Vijay's drama Eeramana Rojave (2018). Praveen is known for starring in supporting role for the film DD Returns (2023). ^[2] As of 2025, he is a contestant on Star Vijay's reality show Bigg Boss 9 .

Career

Praveen began his career as an actor and made his debut in the serial Eeramana Rojave which aired on Star Vijay in 2018. ^[3] In 2019, he appeared in the serial Bharathi Kannamma where he played the role "Killer" Durga. ^[4] He also later went on to appear in other serials such as Ponni , Kizhakku Vaasal and Chinna Marumagal . In 2023, he appeared in the comedy horror film DD Returns . In 2025, he joined Bigg Boss 9 as a contestant.

Personal life

In 2021, Praveen married his long term girlfriend Aishwarya. ^[5]
