Produced by KAKW Univision 62 Austin, "Premios Texas" bestows awards annually to the winners from the five most popular Latin music genres including - Pop, Tropical, Regional Mexican, Rock and Urban - as well as the Lifetime Achievement Award, given to a performer who, during their lifetime, has made creative contributions of outstanding artistic significance to Latin music.

History

Premios Texas is an annual people's choice award ceremony honoring the best in the Latin music industry. Based in Austin, Texas, the show debuted in 2005 at The One World Theatre to a local audience of 200 spectators.[ citation needed ]

13th Annual Latin Grammy Awards 13th edition of the Latin Grammy Awards

The 13th Annual Latin Grammy Awards was held on Thursday, November 15, 2012 at the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas, Nevada. It was the fifth time the awards was held at this venue and in Las Vegas. It also marks the last year in the Latin Recording Academy's contract where the Mandalay Bay Events Center hosted. It is unknown if the awards will continue to be held at this location beyond 2012.

"Llamada De Mi Ex" is a song written by Ariel Barreras and recorded by Mexican ensemble La Arrolladora Banda El Limón, released as a single from their album Irreversible 2012 (2012). It was nominated for Regional Mexican Song of the Year at the Premio Lo Nuestro 2013.

Like, la leyenda, or simply Like is a Mexican telenovela that premiered on Las Estrellas on 10 September 2018 and ended on 20 January 2019. The telenovela is produced by Pedro Damián for Televisa. The series follows the lives of thirteen high school students and the problems that adolescents experience during their time in high school.
