President Hotel Athens [2] is a hotel located in Ampelokipi, Athens. It is the tallest hotel in Greece with a height of 68 m and has 22 floors. Construction started in 1974 and ended in 1978. [3] The hotel building has an area of 34,280 sq. m. It was designed by the famous Greek architect Ioannis Vikelas and it was completely renovated in 2004. On the 21st floor of the hotel there is a restaurant and bar as well as a swimming pool. Many events also happen, usually DJ gigs. The hotel also offers Breakfast Buffets, Lunch and Dinner. The hotel has a total of 517 rooms and 918 beds. [4] It is the leading 4-star hotel of Athens regarding the room occupancy rate, with a total of 68% for 2018. [5]

Panepistimiou Street is a major street in Athens that has run one way for non-transit vehicles since 2002 from Vasilissis Amalias Avenue, Syntagma Square and Vassilissis Sofias Avenue to Omonoia Square in which is now a pedestrian crossing and before an intersection. Its total length is about 1.2 km. The street was formally renamed as Eleftherios Venizelos Avenue in 1945 but is still usually known by its historical name. It has six lanes, of which five are for traffic and one eastbound lane for transit buses only. Most of the street runs almost diagonally from southeast to northwest.

The Ilisian is a redevelopment of the historic Athens Hilton hotel, set to open in 2025. It is located in Athens, Greece, on Vassilissis Sofias Avenue, within the Hilton Area, adjacent to the Kolonaki and Pangrati neighbourhoods. Opened in 1963, it closed for renovations in January 2022. When it reopens, it will contain the Conrad Athens Hotel, and new luxury residences under the Conrad and Waldorf Astoria brands on the top floors of the building.
Baiyoke Tower I is a skyscraper in Bangkok, Thailand. It was completed in 1987 and was the tallest building in Thailand until 1993, when it was surpassed by Sinn Sathorn Tower. Baiyoke Tower is located in on Ratchaprarop Road in the Pratu Nam area of Ratchathewi District, and houses the Baiyoke Suite Hotel. The building is 151 metres (495 ft) high, with 43 floors. Its balconies are distinctively painted in rainbow colors and locked for Hotel guests. The rooftop buffet also features some of the best view over bangkok.
