Preston Wimberly is an American musician, singer, songwriter and guitarist known for being a former member of Jamestown Revival and a former member of The Wild Feathers.

Preston Wimberly was raised in Dallas. He and fellow Wild Feathers member Taylor Burns attended Richardson High School in Richardson, Texas. [1] In 2007, Wimberly and Burns started blues band Noble Dog in Austin, Texas. [2] Wimberly and Burns later went on to found country rock band The Wild Feathers in Nashville, Tennessee. [3] The Wild Feathers were distinguished by their unique quadruple harmonic style, with four main vocalists. Like Wimberly, the other three vocalists in The Wild Feathers had previously been frontmen of their own bands before starting The Wild Feathers. [4]
Wimberly recorded The Wild Feathers' self-titled 2013 album The Wild Feathers. He appeared in George Tillman Jr.'s 2015 film The Longest Ride. He officially left the band in 2015, after recording the album Lonely Is A Lifetime which was released in 2016. [5] Wimberly has had a solo career as a guitarist, and performed with acts like James Bay (singer), Delta Rae and King Corduroy. He was featured on Statesboro Revue's album Ramble On Privilege Creek (2013). [6]
In 2016, Wimberly joined Jamestown Revival as guitarist. Previously, Jamestown Revival had joined The Wild Feathers on their 2014 tour. [7] In 2016 Wimberly performed at the Ryman Auditorium with The Wild Feathers' for their live album Live At The Ryman. [8]

The Rolling Stones are an English rock band formed in London in 1962. Active for over six decades, they are one of the most popular and enduring bands of the rock era. In the early 1960s, the band pioneered the gritty, rhythmically driven sound that came to define hard rock. Their first stable line-up consisted of vocalist Mick Jagger, guitarist Keith Richards, multi-instrumentalist Brian Jones, bassist Bill Wyman, and drummer Charlie Watts. During their early years, Jones was the primary leader. Andrew Loog Oldham became their manager in 1963 and encouraged them to write their own songs. The Jagger–Richards partnership soon became the band's primary songwriting and creative force.
Mountain was an American hard rock band formed on Long Island, New York, in 1969. Originally consisting of vocalist-guitarist Leslie West, bassist-vocalist Felix Pappalardi, keyboardist Steve Knight, and drummer N. D. Smart, the group disbanded in 1972, but reunited on several occasions prior to West's death in 2020. They are best-known for their 1970 smash hit song "Mississippi Queen", which remains a staple of classic rock radio, as well as the heavily sampled song "Long Red", and their performance at Woodstock Festival in 1969. Mountain is one of many bands commonly credited with influencing the development of heavy metal music during the 1970s. The group's musical style primarily consisted of hard rock, blues rock, and heavy metal.
Robert Alan Krieger is an American guitarist and founding member of the rock band the Doors. Krieger wrote or co-wrote many of the Doors' songs, including the hits "Light My Fire", "Love Me Two Times", "Touch Me", and "Love Her Madly". When the Doors disbanded shortly after the death of lead singer Jim Morrison, Krieger continued to perform and record with other musicians including former Doors bandmates John Densmore and Ray Manzarek. In the 2023 edition of Rolling Stone's 250 greatest guitarists of all time, he was positioned at number 248.
Mark Lavon "Levon" Helm was an American musician who achieved fame as the drummer and one of the three lead vocalists for The Band, for which he was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1994. Helm was known for his deeply soulful, country-accented voice, multi-instrumental ability, and creative drumming style, highlighted on many of the Band's recordings, such as "The Weight", "Up on Cripple Creek", and "The Night They Drove Old Dixie Down".
The Legendary Shack Shakers are an American rock band from Murray, Kentucky that was formed in 1995 by J.D. Wilkes. The original line-up formed the band out of a shared interest in rockabilly, blues and Western swing. Charles Samuel Bush is an American mandolinist who is considered an originator of progressive bluegrass music. In 2020, he was inducted into the International Bluegrass Music Hall of Fame as a member of New Grass Revival. He was inducted into the Hall of Fame a second time in 2023 as a solo artist.

Terrence William "Blondie" Chaplin is a South African singer and guitarist from Durban, where he played in the band the Flames in the mid to late 1960s. From 1972 to 1973, he was a member of the Beach Boys and contributed to their albums Carl and the Passions – "So Tough" (1972) and Holland (1973). During his stint with the Beach Boys, he sang the lead on the popular song, "Sail On Sailor". Chaplin was a long-term backing vocalist, percussionist, and acoustic rhythm guitarist for the Rolling Stones on their recordings and tours over a 15-year period, starting in 1997. Chaplin has released two solo albums, Blondie Chaplin (1977) and Between Us (2006).

The childhood friends from Magnolia, Texas, write songs about everyday life that are a combination of harmonies that merge Southern country, Americana and Western rock music. Their first album Utah was originally self-released in early 2014 and then re-released by Republic Records later the same year. iTunes named Utah Best of 2014: Singer-Songwriter Album of the Year. Jamestown Revival has been featured in Rolling Stone magazine and covered in the Wall Street Journal. The Wild Feathers are an American country rock band formed in 2010 in Nashville, Tennessee, United States, by Ricky Young, Joel King, and Taylor Burns, all of whom were lead singers in previous bands. Drummer Ben Dumas joined the band following the release of their debut album in the Summer of 2013. Multi-instrumentalist Brett Moore began touring with the band in 2015 and recording with the band for 2018's "Greetings From The Neon Frontier" album. The band's second studio album, Lonely Is a Lifetime, was released March 11, 2016. Their third studio album titled "Greetings from the Neon Frontier" was released June 29, 2018.
