Guano Apes are a German rock band formed in 1994 in Göttingen. The band consists of Sandra Nasić (vocals), Henning Rümenapp, Stefan Ude, and Dennis Poschwatta.
Walking on a Thin Line is the third studio album by Guano Apes. It was released on 3 February 2003 by BMG. Title of the album comes from a line in the song "Kiss the Dawn".

"Rain" is a 1997 song by Guano Apes. It was first released on January 1998 as a promotional single, but later had a full release on May 1998 as their second single from their debut album Proud Like a God. It is one of the songs by the band to have a softer sound, followed by "Don't You Turn Your Back on Me", "Living in a Lie", "Pretty in Scarlet" and "Quietly". The music video shows the band walking on a desert, looking for rain.
"Don't You Turn Your Back on Me" is the fourth single by Guano Apes. It was released to promote the film Meschugge in 1999. Despite the video's heavy rotation on various music channels, the single charted in their native Germany at number 50, which is one of the reasons the song was not included in their 2000 album Don't Give Me Names. The music video marked a new look for lead singer Sandra, who dyed her blonde hair jet black.
"Quietly" is the third and final single from the Guano Apes third album, Walking on a Thin Line. Like the previous single, Pretty in Scarlet, it charted at No. 51 in Germany. The single contains two previously unreleased songs, "Cream Over Moon" and "Allies", as well as previously unreleased live versions of "You Can't Stop Me" and "Pretty In Scarlet". It also contains an internet link giving exclusive access to the music video, a 'making of' feature for the music video, band members' statements and a live recording of Quietly. Rock Hard magazine called the song an incredibly gripping ballad.
"Beat of Life" is a 2003 single by DJ Tomekk from his second album Beat of Life Vol. 1. It features guest vocal appearances from American rappers Ice-T and Trigga tha Gambler, as well as Guano Apes vocalist Sandra Nasić. The song peaked at No. 12 in Germany.
"You Can't Stop Me" is the first single from the Guano Apes' third album, Walking on a Thin Line. It was released as a single on 13 January 2003, at which point the album it would appear on was still untitled. It reached No. 10 in Germany, also charting in four other European countries, and performing well in Portugal. It was their first single released in the United Kingdom. The song would later also appear on the 2004 greatest hits album, Planet of the Apes.
"Living in a Lie" is a 2000 song by German rock band Guano Apes from their second album Don't Give Me Names. It was released as the third single from the album on 2 October 2000. The music video shows Sandra singing in a room, interspersed by live and backstage footage of the band performing.
"Break the Line" is a 2004 song by the Guano Apes from their greatest hits album Planet of the Apes, released on October 24, 2004. It was the one of the three new songs recorded for the album, however it was the only one that made it to the album, the two outtakes from the album "Stay" and "Underwear" instead became B-sides for the single. The music video shows the band performing in a room plus with some elements of split screen. It was the last single by the Guano Apes before their four-year hiatus beginning in 2005; their next single "Oh What a Night" was released in 2011.
Offline is the fifth studio album by the German rock band Guano Apes. It was released on 30 May 2014 by Epic Records/Sony Music labels.
