Progress is the 13th studio album by the Japanese hard rock band Show-Ya. It was released on 30 September 2015. [1] The album includes two new versions of the 1989 hit single "Genkai Lovers", one featuring Japanese celebrity Namie Amuro.
Filmography 2001–2005 is Namie Amuro's third original music video collection and collects most of her videos from "Say the Word" (2001) to "White Light" (2005).
"Never End" is the 17th single by Japanese recording artist Namie Amuro. It was released on July 12, 2000, as the lead single from her fifth studio album Break the Rules (2000). The track was made specifically for the 26th G8 summit that took place in Amuro's home prefecture Okinawa during July of that year. "Never End" was written, composed and arranged solely by her long-time producer Tetsuya Komuro. Musically, it is a pop ballad that takes influences from Okinawan music. Lyrically, the song describes distant memories, distant places, and distant emotions, indicating a longing for connection and understanding.
Show-Ya are a Japanese all-female heavy metal band formed in 1981. The group disbanded in 1998 but reformed with the original line-up in 2005 for the 20th anniversary of their first release. Their music is deeply rooted in classic rock and they have covered songs by bands and artists such as The Beatles, The Doors, the Yardbirds, Led Zeppelin, Deep Purple, and AC/DC in their albums and live shows. Their music evolved from the pop rock genre of their first offerings to the heavy metal genre of their most successful albums, Outerlimits (1989) and Hard Way (1990). Show-Ya annually organizes and produces the all-female rock festival Naon no Yaon, which they founded in 1987.

Glamour is the sixth album of the Japanese hard rock band Show-Ya. The album was released on 24 August 1988. All musical arrangements are by Makoto Matsushita and Show-Ya. The single "Aisazu Ni Irarenai - Still Be Hangin' on" is Show-Ya's version of an unused demo from the recording sessions of Cheap Trick's Lap of Luxury album. The song is sung both in English and Japanese, with the lyrics translated by Keiko Terada. This album was mixed by Andy Johns in Los Angeles. It reached position No. 16 in the Japanese Oricon chart.
Outerlimits is the seventh album of the Japanese female hard rock group Show-Ya. The album was released on 6 September 1989, in Japan. The album was mixed at the famous Cherokee Studios in California and was arranged by Masanori Sasaji and Show-Ya. Lyricist Yoshihiko Andō wrote most of the lyrics for the songs of the album. This is the band's best selling album, with more than 100,000 copies sold in Japan. The first single "Genkai Lovers" sold more than 30,000 copies in Japan, being used for a commercial campaign.
Hard Way is the eighth album of the Japanese hard rock band Show-Ya. The album was recorded in Los Angeles, USA and produced by Beau Hill and by Kip Winger's brother Paul. It was released on 24 October 1990 and reached position No. 4 in Japan. All the lyrics were written by Yoshihiko Andō. This time all the musical arrangements were done by the band. It would be Show-Ya's last studio album with lead singer Keiko Terada. The track "Uchi ni Kaerou" was used as theme song for the anime OVA Cleopatra DC.
