Williams College is a private liberal arts college in Williamstown,Massachusetts,United States. It was established as a men's college in 1793 with funds from the estate of Ephraim Williams,a colonist from the Province of Massachusetts Bay who was killed in the French and Indian War in 1755. He was selected in the first round of the 1983 NFL draft and played professionally for the Cincinnati Bengals and Philadelphia Eagles of the NFL. Ragsdale is played college football at North Carolina A&T State University. and professionally with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers of the National Football League (NFL),and played in the United States Football League (USFL). He was used primarily as a kick returner. Ragsdale served as the interim head football coach at North Carolina A&T for the final four games of the 2008 season and at Grambling State University for four games in the middle of the 2013 season.
