Bellowhead was an English contemporary folk band, active from 2004 to 2016. The eleven-piece act played traditional dance tunes, folk songs and shanties, with arrangements drawing inspiration from a wide range of musical styles and influences. The band included percussion and a four-piece brass section. Bellowhead's bandmembers played more than 20 instruments among them; whilst all performers provided vocals.
Living with the Past is a live album by Jethro Tull. Disc one contains material from the Hammersmith Apollo performance on 20 November 2001 and features songs from different eras of Tull's history as well as two pieces from Ian Anderson's solo albums: "The Habanero Reel" from The Secret Language of Birds and the instrumental "In the Grip of Stronger Stuff" from Divinities: Twelve Dances with God. Hotel New York is the fourth studio album recorded by the Dutch pop/rock singer Anouk and released on December 3, 2004 in the Netherlands. The album is named for the location where Anouk wrote all its songs: Hotel New York in Rotterdam. Debuting at number one, the album was a major success, staying at that top spot for twelve weeks. "Hotel New York" remained on the Dutch albums chart for eighty-seven weeks, eventually going triple platinum. In Belgium, the album spent a week at number one and stayed in the top 50 for 72 weeks. The first single off the album "Girl" peaked at number two on the Dutch Top 40, and so did "Lost", the second single. The third single "Jerusalem" peaked at number twenty and the final single "One Word" peaked again at number two.

The song reached number 13 on the UK Singles Chart and was certified Silver by the British Phonographic Industry (BPI) in February 2019 for sales and streams exceeding 200,000. It also proved to be a top-ten hit in the Netherlands, Norway, and Switzerland. In Iceland, the song peaked at number one. It is regarded as one of Skunk Anansie's most known singles and was a popular choice at concerts. Skin performs a version of the song at many of her solo gigs.

It was recorded on March 20 of the same year at the Mid-South Coliseum in Memphis, Tennessee, Presley's hometown. The cover features of a photograph of Presley's home, Graceland.

Sneddon performed the song on the BBC's Fame Academy show, which he went on to win in December 2002.
