Qüləbənd (also, Quləbənd, Gyuleband and Kulabend) is a village and municipality in the Ujar Rayon of Azerbaijan. It has a population of 1,077. The municipality consists of the villages of Qüləbənd and Bağırbəyli.^[1]

It is bounded by the Caspian Sea to the east, Russia to the north, Georgia to the northwest, Armenia to the west and Iran to the south. Bağırbəyli is a village in the Ujar Rayon of Azerbaijan. The village forms part of the municipality of Quləbənd.
