Qendër Bilisht is a former municipality in the Korçë County, southeastern Albania. At the 2015 local government reform it became a subdivision of the municipality Devoll. [1] The population at the 2011 census was 5,440. [2] The municipal unit consists of the villages Bitinckë, Tren, Buzliqen, Vërnik, Vishocicë, Kuç, Poloskë, Kapshticë, Trestenik and Kurilë. [3]
During the late 2000s linguists Klaus Steinke and Xhelal Ylli seeking to corroborate villages cited in past literature as being Slavic speaking carried out fieldwork in some villages of the area. [4] Buzliqen and Tren were noted as not having a Slavic speaking population with villagers speaking Albanian and older generations stating that they have used only that language. [4] Villagers from nearby Pustec municipality that speak south Slavic languages being well informed about the situation of their minority and neighbouring villages stated that they were not aware of anyone having spoken their language in Buzliqen, Tren and Trestenik. [4] Tren is inhabited by Orthodox Christians and Muslims. [4] Buzliqen is inhabited by Muslims and the oldest families of the village are Merxhani, Bostanxhiu, Ganoli and so on. [4] Vërnik is wholly inhabited by Orthodox Slav-speaking inhabitants. [4]
Ostren is a former municipality in the Dibër County, eastern Albania. At the 2015 local government reform it became a subdivision of the municipality Bulqizë. The population at the 2011 census was 3,034. It consists of 13 villages.

Rrajcë is a village and a former municipality in Elbasan County, in eastern Albania. As of the 2015 local government reform, it became a subdivision of the municipality of Prrenjas. The population at the 2019 census was 12,121. The subdivision consists of seven villages: Rrajcë Fushë, Sutaj, Skenderbe, Skenderbe Bardhaj, Urakë, Katjel, and Kotodesh. The village of Rrajcë is found within the boundaries of Shebenik-Jabllanicë National Park. The nearby forest was declared part of UNESCO's transnational natural site, The Ancient and Primeval Beech Forests of the Carpathians and Other Regions of Europe.

The administrative unit of Zapod contains the villages of Orgjost, Kosharisht, Pakisht, Zapod and Orçikël which are populated by Slavic Muslims, called Gorani, who speak Torlakian, while the villages of Bele and Lojmë are inhabited by Albanians. As of the 2011 census, the municipality had 2,217 residents, of whom 80% declared as ethnic Albanians and 11.7% declared as ethnic Macedonians.

It has a population of 957. For administrative purposes, it was grouped under the tribal region of Kastrati in the Ottoman period. Its area consists of two previously distinct settlements Kamica and Flaka.
