The CSAOne-Day Cup is the premier domestic one-day cricket competition of South Africa, its matches having List A status. Matches are usually played partly under lights as day-night matches and occasionally get larger crowds than the Test matches.
The Hollywoodbets Dolphins are a cricket team representing the KwaZulu-Natal (Coastal) province in South Africa. Morné Morkel is a South African-born cricket coach and former cricketer who is currently serving as the bowling coach of the India national cricket team since August 2024. Playing in South African domestic cricket for North West, Northerns, the Titans, the Lions, and the Dolphins, Thomas has also played English county cricket for Warwickshire and Somerset, Indian Premier League matches for the Pune Warriors, and in Australian domestic cricket for the Adelaide Strikers and the Perth Scorchers. In June 2014, Thomas took four wickets in four balls in a County Championship game against Sussex. He was a pioneer of death bowling in the early years of T20 cricket.
Colin Alexander Ingram is a South African cricketer who currently plays for Glamorgan. He represented South Africa in One Day (ODI) and Twenty20 Internationals (T20I) between 2010 and 2013, scoring a century on his ODI debut against Zimbabwe.
Pieter Jacobus Malan is a South African professional cricketer. He is a right-handed batsman and bowls right-arm medium-fast. Since 2007, he has played first-class cricket for both Northerns and Titans. He made his international debut for the South Africa cricket team in January 2020.

The 2015–16 Sunfoil Series was a first-class cricket competition held in South Africa from 17 December 2015 to 10 April 2016. Titans won the tournament following a 10-run victory against Cape Cobras in the final round of the competition.

The 2016–17 Sunfoil Series was a first-class cricket competition that took place in South Africa from 5 October 2016 to 12 February 2017. The competition was split into two halves, with the first group of fixtures played in October and November, and the remaining matches played January and February. The series was played alongside the tournament for provincial teams, the Sunfoil 3-Day Cup. Knights won the tournament with an innings victory in their final match.
The 2018–19 Momentum One Day Cup was a domestic one-day cricket championship that took place in South Africa. It was the 38th edition of the championship, with the tournament running from 8 February to 31 March 2019. Dolphins and Warriors were the defending champions, as the final of the previous competition was washed out, and the trophy shared between the two teams.
The 2021–22 CSA Provincial T20 Knock-Out was a Twenty20 cricket tournament that was played in South Africa in September and October 2021. It was the first Twenty20 tournament to be played in the country since Cricket South Africa restructured its domestic setup, and featured all fifteen provincial sides and the national under-19 team.

The 2023–24 CSA 4-Day Series is a first-class cricket competition taking place in South Africa from 26 October 2023 to 3 March 2024. It was the 3rd edition of the post-franchise era and retained the two-division league format introduced the previous year. The competing teams in each division were different for the first time since the 2021–22 adoption of the provisional format, with KwaZulu-Natal Inland being promoted to Division 1 and Knights being relegated to Division 2 based on their performances across all formats in the previous two years. 2023–24 will be the first season to have promotion and relegation based on teams' performances across formats in just that one season.
The 2024–25 CSA T20 Challenge is a Twenty20 cricket tournament that is taking place in South Africa. It is the 21st season of the CSA T20 Challenge, organized by Cricket South Africa. The tournament started on 27 September with the final scheduled to be played on 27 October 2024. Lions are the defending champions.
The 2024–25 CSA 4-Day Franchise Series is the 118th CSA 4-Day Domestic Series cricket season in South Africa. As in 2023, Division One had eight teams and Division Two had seven teams. The season started on 30 October 2024 and is scheduled to finish on 14 April 2025.
