Rodnie Jerome Graham, Jr. (born October 15, 1981), who goes by the stage name Swift but formerly R-Swift, is an American Christian hip hop musician. [1] His first album Elevation 81.02 was released in 2003, with I-66 Entertainment, the second album Revolutionary Theme Muzik was released with Cross Movement Records in 2007. [2] [3] [4] In 2008, he released, his third album, Soapbox, that was his first album to debut on the Billboard Top Gospel Albums charts. [2] [3] [5] His fourth album would do likewise, which was released in 2009, Anthem, also with Cross Movement. [2] [3] [5] The fifth album, Apply Pressure , with Rhyme Council and Central South, was released in 2013, and this got on the aforementioned chart, as well as, Christian Albums. [2] [3] [5] [6] He is now signed to Xist. [1]

Early life

R-Swift was born on October 15, 1981, as Rodnie Jerome Graham, Jr. in Long Island, New York, who moved to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania as a youngster and young adult. [1] [4]

Personal life

R-Swift is married to Stacey, who is a cancer survivor, and together they now reside in Atlanta, Georgia. [7] They have three daughters, who are Shayla, Jasmine, and Summer. [7] Their only son died, who was Rodnie Jerome Graham, III, in 2009. [8]

Music career

His first album Elevation 81.02 was released in 2003, with I-66 Entertainment, the second album Revolutionary Theme Muzik was released with Cross Movement Records on June 19, 2007. [2] [3] [4] On June 10, 2008, he released, his third album, Soapbox, that was his first album to debut on the Billboard Top Gospel Albums charts at No. 20. [2] [3] [5] [9] His fourth album would do likewise at No. 22, which was released on October 6, 2009, Anthem, also with Cross Movement. [2] [3] [5] [9] The fifth album, Apply Pressure , with Rhyme Council and Central South, was released on June 11, 2013, and this got on the aforementioned chart at No. 21, as well as, Christian Albums at No. 46. Church Clothes 2, officially Church Clothes, Vol. 2, is the second mixtape by Christian hip hop artist Lecrae, released on November 7, 2013 by Reach Records. Hosted by Don Cannon, it follows Lecrae's previous mixtape, Church Clothes, and Grammy Award-winning full-length album Gravity, both of which came out in 2012. Two versions of the album were released, a free version with host Don Cannon, and a commercial version off iTunes without the DJ. The first single off the album, "Round of Applause", was released on May 14, 2013. On May 21, a remixed version of the song, featuring rapper B.o.B, was released. A second single off the album, "I'm Turnt", dropped on October 18, 2013. The mixtape was downloaded over 100,000 times on DatPiff.com in the first two weeks and debuted at No. 21 on the Billboard 200 chart, No. 1 on the Top Christian and Gospel charts, and No. 3 on the Top Rap chart.

Keith Anthony Staten is an American gospel musician. He started his solo music career, in 1990, with the release of, From the Heart, by Lection Records. This was his breakthrough release upon the Billboard magazine Gospel Albums chart. His subsequent album, No Greater Love, was released in 1995 by Glorious Music, but it failed to chart. The third album, Worship in the House, was released by Word Records in tandem with Epic Records in 1996, and this album charted on the Christian Albums chart. He released, Glory in the House, in 1995 with the aforementioned labels, however this time around it charted on the Gospel Albums chart.

Half Mile Home is an American gospel music trio from Akron, Ohio, where they blend Christian R&B and Christian hip hop together to make their version of urban contemporary gospel. They started making music in 2004, with their first studio album, The Movement. Their second studio album, Change My Lyfe, was released in 2010, while the third studio album, Church Muzik & Inspiration, was released in 2013. "Church Muzik & Inspiration" stayed on the Gospel Billboard sales charts for 34 weeks & peeked @ the # 10 spot... The fourth Cd "Don't Judge Me" to be released spring 2016 has a top 10 single "More Than Enuff" which has been on the Billboard magazine charts 28 weeks.

"The Anthem" is a worship song by Australian contemporary worship band Planetshakers. It was released on December 15, 2012, as the single from their 2013 live album Limitless.
