The R14 Regional Highway is a highway which runs entirely within the Volta Region of Ghana, linking the Akatsi South District and the Agotime Ziope District. It is also known as the Akatsi-Ziope road.
The R14 starts as a junction off the N1 national highway where it branches off on its northern side before bending northwest through the town of Akatsi. It intersects the R12 within Akatsi before heading northwest out of town. It continues through Kopeyia Village and then Wute.
The R14 continues north into the Agotime Ziope District travelling through Kadzinkor Town before arriving at Ziope where it meets the R10 regional highway from Ho to Denu.
Volta Region is one of Ghana's sixteen administrative regions, with Ho designated as its capital. It is located west of Republic of Togo and to the east of Lake Volta. Akatsi is a small town and is the capital of Akatsi South District, a district in the Volta Region of Ghana.
Provincial Trunk Highway 6 is a provincial primary highway located in the Canadian province of Manitoba. It runs from the Perimeter Highway of Winnipeg to the Thompson south city limits. It is also the main highway connecting Winnipeg to northern Manitoba. The speed limit is 100 km/h. The route is also used to deliver nickel from the Thompson mine to the Royal Canadian Mint in Winnipeg. The section of highway between its southern terminus near Winnipeg and the second junction with PTH 68 near Eriksdale is part of the Northern Woods and Water Route. The portion of the highway between Ponton and Thompson was known as Highway 391 prior to 1986.
U.S. Route 17 (US 17) is a part of the United States Numbered Highway System that runs from Punta Gorda, Florida, to Winchester, Virginia. In Virginia, the U.S. Highway runs 255.83 miles (411.72 km) from the North Carolina state line in Chesapeake north to its northern terminus at US 11, US 50, and US 522 in Winchester. US 17 is a major highway in the eastern half of Virginia. The U.S. Highway connects the Albemarle Region of North Carolina with the Hampton Roads metropolitan area. Within the urban area, US 17 passes through the South Hampton Roads cities of Chesapeake, Portsmouth, and Suffolk and the Virginia Peninsula city of Newport News. Between Yorktown and Fredericksburg, the U.S. Highway serves as the primary highway of the Middle Peninsula. At Fredericksburg, US 17 leaves the Atlantic Plain; the highway passes through the Piedmont town of Warrenton and crosses the Blue Ridge Mountains on its way to Winchester in the Shenandoah Valley. The route from Tappahannock to Winchester roughly follows the Confederate march during the Civil War to Gettysburg.
State Route 56 (SR 56) is an inverted question mark-shaped state highway that travels south-to-north, with a western loop around Vidalia. It is 140.3-mile-long (225.8 km) and travels through portions of Tattnall, Toombs, Montgomery, Treutlen, Emanuel, Burke, and Richmond counties in the southeastern and east-central parts of the U.S. state of Georgia. The route connects the Reidsville and Augusta areas, via Swainsboro and Waynesboro.

Adaklu District is one of the eighteen districts in Volta Region, Ghana. It was formerly part of the then-larger Adaklu-Anyigbe District since 13 August 2004. This was until the western part of the district was split off to create Adaklu District on 28 June 2012 with the other part of the old district renamed as Agotime-Ziope District. The district assembly is located in the central part of Volta Region and has Adaklu Waya as its capital town.

The N1 or National Highway 1 is a national highway in Ghana that begins at the border with Ivory Coast at Elubo and runs through Sekondi-Takoradi, Cape Coast, Winneba, Accra and Tema to the border with Togo at Aflao. It is the main highway along the coast of the country, with a total distance of 540 kilometers. The route runs through the Western, Central, Greater Accra and Volta regions of Ghana.

Originally created as an ordinary district assembly on 10 March 1989 when it was known as the first North Tongu District, with Adidome as its capital town, which was created from the former Tongu District Council, However on 28 June 2012, the western part of the district was split off to create a new North Tongu District, with Battor Dugame as its capital town, which was established by Legislative Instrument (L.I.) 2081; thus the remaining part has been renamed as Central Tongu District, with Adidome as its capital town, which was established by Legislative Instrument (L.I.) 2077. The district assembly is located in the southwest part of Volta Region and has Adidome as its capital town.

The R10 Regional Highway is a highway in the Volta Region of Ghana. It begins at Tokor, on the northern edge of Denu and runs north through Dzodze, Agotime-Ziope and Agortime-Kpetoe ending at the regional capital of Ho. It is also known as the Ho - Denu road. It is an important link from Ho, the capital of the Volta Region which borders Togo and Denu near Aflao which is the main border crossing in the south between Ghana and Togo. The total length is about ninety-nine (99) kilometres.
The R28 Regional Highway is a highway in the Volta Region of Ghana. It starts in the south from Sogakope through Ho the regional capital to Fume at its northern end. The total length is one hundred and seventeen (117) kilometres.

The R16 Regional Highway is a highway located in the Volta Region of Ghana. It runs in a northerly direction from Srogbe, in the Anloga District of the Volta Region ending at the Dabala junction on the National Highway 1 (N1). The N1 is part of the Trans-African Highway network.
