Rahul Kaswan (born 20 January 1977) is an Indian politician and Member of Parliament (Lok Sabha) representing the Churu constituency in Rajasthan. First elected in 2014 as a BJP candidate,he was re-elected in 2019. In March 2024,after being denied a BJP ticket,he resigned and joined the Indian National Congress. He successfully contested the 2024 general election as a Congress candidate and retained his seat.
Kaswan was born in Sadulpur,Churu district,Rajasthan. He holds a B.Com. degree from the University of Delhi and a PGDM from the National Institute of Sales (Delhi). He belongs to a political family:his father Ram Singh Kaswan is a four-term MP from Churu and his mother Kamla Kaswan is a former MLA;his grandfather Deep Chand Kaswan served as an MLA from Sadulpur.

2019 –Re-elected to the 17th Lok Sabha from Churu (BJP).
2024 –Resigned from BJP and Lok Sabha membership;joined INC on 11 March 2024;elected to the 18th Lok Sabha from Churu as an INC candidate on 4 June 2024.
