The film is centered around cricket and both lead actors share the same nickname as the famous Indian cricketer, Mahendra Singh Dhoni. The film was released on 31 May 2024 to mixed reviews from critics, who praised the performances and chemistry of the leads and the film's novel concept but criticised the screenplay and plot.

Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video is a 2024 Indian Hindi-language comedy film starring Rajkummar Rao and Triptii Dimri as the titular couple in pursuit of their missing sex tape. It is co-written and directed by Raaj Shaandilyaa and produced by T-Series Films, Balaji Motion Pictures, Wakaoo Films and Kathavachak Films. The film released on 11 October 2024 to negative reviews from critics and grossed ₹55.51 crores against a budget of ₹30 crores.
