Rakowice [rakɔˈvit͡sɛ] (German : Rakowitz) [1] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Lubawa, within Iława County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland. [2] It lies approximately 7 kilometres (4 mi) south-west of Fijewo (the gmina seat), 17 km (11 mi) south-east of Iława, and 65 km (40 mi) south-west of the regional capital Olsztyn.
