Rakutowo [rakuˈtɔvɔ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Kowal, within Włocławek County, Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship, in north-central Poland. [1] It lies approximately 5 kilometres (3 mi) south-east of Kowal, 18 km (11 mi) south-east of Włocławek, and 70 km (43 mi) south-east of Toruń.
Gmina Kowal is a rural gmina in Włocławek County, Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship, in north-central Poland. Its seat is the town of Kowal, although the town is not part of the territory of the gmina.
Włocławek County is a unit of territorial administration and local government (powiat) in Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship, north-central Poland. It came into being on January 1, 1999, as a result of the Polish local government reforms passed in 1998. Its administrative seat is the city of Włocławek, although the city is not part of the county.
