Ralph Street (born 1990) is a British orienteering competitor. [2] He was part of the British team that came second in the sprint relay at the 2022 World Orienteering Championships. His team included Megan Carter Davies, Kris Jones and Charlotte Ward.
Street has competed for Baekkelagets SK in Norway, Sodertalje Nykvarn Orientering and Nydalens in Sweden [3] and South London Orienteers. [2] He has also competed for Sheffield University Orienteering Club. [3]
Street's favourite orienteering competition is the Jukola Relay in Finland. [3]
Street started orienteering at the age of nine. [3] His first orienteering event was Highland '99, running alongside the 1999 World Orienteering Championships where Yvette Baker won Britain's first gold medal. [4] When growing up, his major inspirations were British orienteers such as Yvette Baker, Heather Monro, Jamie Stevenson and Jon Duncan. [3] He first competed for Great Britain at the European Youth Orienteering Championships in 2007. [4]
After graduating with a degree in Geography and Town Planning [1] from the University of Sheffield [4] in 2012, [5] Street moved to Sweden before moving to Norway. As of 2022, Street lives in Oslo and works in IT Support. [4]
Jamie Stevenson is a British orienteering champion. In 2003 he won the gold medal in the sprint distance at the World Orienteering Championships. He was the first and, to-date, the only British male orienteering world champion.
Thierry Gueorgiou is a French orienteer who holds the record for gold medals won at the World Orienteering Championships for a male athlete, with 14 gold medals between 2003 and 2017. Gueorgiou has won more than 20 gold medals in international competitions, including the World Orienteering Championships (WOC) middle distance event a record eight times: 2003–2005, 2007–2009, 2011 and 2017.
Yvette Baker is Britain's most successful orienteer. At the 1999 World Orienteering Championships (WOC) in Inverness she won the short distance event.
Anders Nordberg is a Norwegian orienteering competitor. He received a bronze medal at the 2004 World Orienteering Championship, and again a bronze medal in 2007. He finished second in the overall World Cup 2007.
Magne Dæhli is a Norwegian orienteering competitor, ski-orienteer, and cross-country skier. His achievements include five medals in the relay at the World Orienteering Championships, of which three are gold medals. His best individual performances include a silver medal in the long distance from the European Orienteering Championships, and a bronze medal in the middle distance from the 2019 World Orienteering Championships.
Maja Møller Alm is a Danish orienteering and Athletics competitor who has won seven World Championships and two World Games titles. She is especially known for her four gold medals on the sprint distance, where she has won the title four years in a row: 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018. She is also a medalist from the Junior World Championships. Since 2006 she has been coached by Danish national coach Lars Lindstrøm. Alm is remarkable for her dominant running speed, which gives her a great advantage over other competitors at the sprint distance.
Martin Johansson is a Swedish orienteering, ski-orienteering, and cross-country skiing competitor, a medallist at the orienteering world championships, and a 2004 Junior World Champion in relay. He received bronze medals in sprint at the World Orienteering Championships in Kyiv 2007 and Olomouc 2008. His brother, Lars, is a member of the Rockford Icehogs
Linda Antonsen is a Norwegian orienteering competitor. She competed at the 2001 World Orienteering Championships in Tampere, where she placed 11th in the sprint, and won a bronze medal in the relay event together with Birgitte Husebye, Elisabeth Ingvaldsen and Hanne Staff.

Line Hagman is a Norwegian orienteering competitor, born in Oppegård. At the 2003 Junior World Orienteering Championships in Põlva she placed fifth in the long distance and won a bronze medal in the relay with the Norwegian team. She competed at the 2004 World Orienteering Championships in Västerås, where she placed 10th in the sprint. At the 2007 World Orienteering Championships in Kyiv she competed in the middle distance, placing 31st. She also competed at the 2010 World Orienteering Championships, where she placed 12th in the middle distance.

Kristian Jones or Kris Jones is a competitor in orienteering and athletics, competing for Great Britain. He also competes for Lillomarka OK in Norway, Forth Valley orienteers and Wales.
Kasper Harlem Fosser is a Norwegian orienteering competitor who represents Norwegian club IL Heming and Swedish club IFK Göteborg.
Kamilla Steiwer is a Norwegian orienteering competitor who represents the club Fredrikstad SK.

Megan Carter-Davies is a British orienteering competitor. She became sprint world champion at the 2022 World Orienteering Championships. This made her only the third British athlete to become world champion in an individual discipline, after Yvette Hague and Jamie Stevenson.
Alice Leake is a British orienteering competitor. She received a bronze medal in the Sprint discipline at the 2022 World Orienteering Championships, behind Megan Carter Davies and Simona Aebersold.
