Ram Leela is a 2015 Indian Telugu-language romantic comedy film directed by Sripuram Kiran, featuring Havish, Abijeet, and Nanditha in the lead roles. [1] The film received poor reviews and failed to perform at the box office. [2] [3]
Krish (Abhijith) is a software professional in the US. One fine day, he comes across Sasya (Nanditha) on TV and falls in love with her. Krish comes back to India and somehow convinces Sasya to marry him. The couple head to Malaysia for their honeymoon. Twist in the tale arises when Sasya leaves Krish and decides to meet her ex-boyfriend. Rest of the story is as to how Krish manages to win his wife back and where does Ram (Havish) future in all this set up. [4]
The film began production in November 2014 and ended in December of the same year. The film was shot for 38 days in Malaysia and India. [5]

Sangeetha Devi Dundoo of The Hindu wrote that "Give this a miss and re-visit Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s blockbuster of the same name instead. " [1] The Times of India wrote that "Director Sripuram Kiran effectively drives home the point that marital bond is more important than an involvement with any person". [7] A review in News 18 stated "Nanditha, who shined with her performance in films like Prema Katha Chitram , 'Lovers', fails to impress here." [8]
Orange is a 2010 Indian Telugu-language romantic comedy drama film written and directed by Bhaskar. The film stars Ram Charan Teja, Genelia D'Souza, and Shazahn Padamsee, while Prabhu and Prakash Raj play supporting roles. The film, whose music was composed by Harris Jayaraj and was released on 26 November 2010. The film was a box office failure upon release but became a cult film over time. It was dubbed and released in Tamil as Ramcharan in 2011 and its Malayalam dubbed version titled Hai Ramcharan was released on 18 April 2012.

Kanche is a 2015 Indian Telugu-language romantic war film written and directed by Krish. It stars Varun Tej, Pragya Jaiswal, and Nikitin Dheer. Produced by First Frame Entertainment, Kanche revolves around the enmity between two friends—Dhupati Haribabu (Tej) and Eeswar Prasad (Dheer). Eeswar's sister Sitadevi (Jaiswal) and Haribabu graduate from the University of Madras in the late 1930s and fall in love. Due to the prevailing casteism in their native village, Eeswar opposes their relationship and kills Sitadevi accidentally. Years later, Haribabu joins the British Indian Army as a captain to fight against the Axis powers in World War II and Eeswar, now a colonel, is his commanding officer.
Nani is an Indian actor, film producer and television presenter who works predominantly in Telugu films and appears in a few Tamil films. He made his acting debut with Mohana Krishna Indraganti's 2008 comedy film Ashta Chamma, an Indian adaptation of Oscar Wilde's play The Importance of Being Earnest. After Ashta Chamma's commercial success, Nani played the lead roles in three Telugu films in the next two years: Ride (2009), Snehituda (2009) and Bheemili Kabaddi Jattu (2010). In 2011, Nani collaborated with B. V. Nandini Reddy on the romantic comedy film Ala Modalaindi which was profitable. He received the Nandi Award for Best Actor for his performance in Yeto Vellipoyindhi Manasu.
Samantha Ruth Prabhu is an Indian actress who has appeared predominantly in Telugu and Tamil films. She made her acting debut with a small role in Gautham Vasudev Menon's Tamil film Vinnaithaandi Varuvaayaa. She had her first lead role in 2010 with Gautham Vasudev Menon's Telugu romance film Ye Maaya Chesave. The film earned her the Filmfare Award for Best Female Debut – South and a Nandi Award. In 2012, Samantha featured in live action Telugu-Tamil bilingual project Eega. Popular playback singer and dubbing artist Chinmayi Sripada has been the voice of Samantha in most of her Telugu language films right from her debut in Ye Maaya Chesave. Vijetha (transl. Winner) is a 2018 Indian Telugu-language action drama film, starring debutant Kalyaan Dhev, Murali Sharma and Malavika Nair. Rakesh Sashii is the director, and Sai Korrapati and Rajani Korrapati are the producers. The film was released on 12 July 2018. Dhev won SIIMA Award for Best Male Debut – Telugu at the 8th SIIMA for his role in the film.
C/o Kancharapalem is a 2018 Telugu-language slice of life anthology film written and directed by debutant Venkatesh Maha. It was produced by American filmmaker Praveena Paruchuri and distributed by Rana Daggubati under the banner of Suresh Productions. The film features a cast of over 80 non-actors, most of them native to Kancharapalem, a neighbourhood of Visakhapatnam where the film is set. The plot follows four unconventional love stories in parallel, all set in the neighbourhood of Kancharapalem.
