Re:Born is the debut extended play by South Korean singer Soyou. It was released by Starship Entertainment and distributed by LOEN Entertainment on December 13, 2017.
Kang Ji-hyun, known professionally as Soyou, is a South Korean singer. She is best known as a former member of the South Korean girl group Sistar.
Starship Entertainment is a South Korean entertainment company established in 2008 by founder Kim Shi Dae.
The EP was released on December 13, 2017, through several music portals, including MelOn and iTunes. [1] [2]
Melon is a South Korean online music store and music streaming service introduced in November 2004, and developed by SK Telecom. LOEN Entertainment became the company-in-charge of the service in 2009.

Re:Born debuted and peaked at number 19 on the Gaon Album Chart, on the week of December 16, 2017. [3] In its second week, the EP fell to number 76 and dropped the chart the following week. [4]
Gaon Album Chart, part of Gaon Music Chart, is a national chart that ranks the best-selling albums, including mini and single albums, in South Korea, provided by the Korea Music Content Industry Association. It has been tracking sales since the beginning of 2010 and launched in February the same year as part of the Gaon Music Chart. The chart compiles domestic shipments in weekly, monthly and year-end format.
The EP was the 53rd best-selling album of December 2017, with 2,352 physical copies sold. [5]
