Redemption Road is the sixty-first album by American folk singer-songwriter Tom Paxton, released in March 2015.
Over 60 days, from 30 July 2014 to 28 September 2014, Tom Paxton called on Kickstarter's services to finance his new studio album, collecting a $32,177 pledge (of a $20,000 goal) from 552 backers. [1] Though the album was not officially released until 10 March 2015, it was recorded in 2014, and can be fully streamed on Tom's official SoundCloud page since 6 January 2015. [2]

Thomas Richard Paxton is an American folk singer-songwriter who has had a music career spanning more than sixty years. In 2009, Paxton received a Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award. He is a music educator as well as an advocate for folk singers to combine traditional songs with new compositions.
Geoff Bartley is an American acoustic guitarist and singer-songwriter based in Boston, Massachusetts. Since 1994, Bartley has played guitar regularly alongside Tom Paxton.
Buffalo Zone is the third studio album by American country music duo Sweethearts of the Rodeo, released in 1990 via Columbia Records. The album's cover was an obvious homage to The Byrds' 1968 album Sweetheart of the Rodeo, from which the duo derived their name. The album was not as successful as their first two albums, Sweethearts of the Rodeo and One Time, One Night. Notable songs include "Uphill All the Way", "This Heart", "Hard Road to Go", and "Cómo Se Dice ", although none charted very high.
Brand New Dance is an album which Emmylou Harris released on October 16, 1990. Produced by Richard Bennett and Allan Reynolds, the album mixed a rather eclectic collection of covers, including Bruce Springsteen's "Tougher Than the Rest", and Dave Mallett's "Red, Red Rose". Though it sold reasonably well, it was Harris' first studio album in fifteen years to yield no top forty country singles, and marked the beginning of a commercial decline for the singer, which would ultimately lead her to redirect her music away from mainstream country, a few years later.

The album is her highest-peaking entry on the Top Country Albums charts, where it reached number 6. It was also certified gold by the RIAA. Four singles were released from it, and all four reached Top Ten on the Billboard country singles charts. First were the back-to-back number 1 hits "Come from the Heart" and "Burnin' Old Memories", followed by the number 10 "Where've You Been" and number 2 "She Came from Fort Worth". "Where've You Been" also charted on the Hot Adult Contemporary Tracks charts, peaking at number 25 there. This song also earned her the 1990 Grammy Award for Best Female Country Vocal Performance.

This is Kerzner's first album since his departure from the band Sound of Contact, and was developed in 2014. The album features numerous collaborations with established artists such as Fernando Perdomo, Steve Hackett, Nick D'Virgilio, Durga McBroom and Keith Emerson. Two versions of the album were developed: a standard edition and a two-disc double album deluxe edition. The former was released in December 2014, and the latter was released in January 2015.
