Although Replicants have a large fan base, the album was not regarded as a great success, and was seen as

Wings at the Speed of Sound is the fifth studio album by the British–American rock band Wings, released on 25 March 1976. Issued at the height of the band's popularity, it reached the top spot on the US album chart and peaked at number 2 on the UK album chart. Both singles from the album also reached the top 5 of the UK and US singles charts, with 'Silly Love Songs' reaching number 1 in the US.
"Call Me" is a song by the American new wave band Blondie and the theme to the 1980 film American Gigolo. Produced and co-written by Italian musician Giorgio Moroder and released in the United States in early 1980 as a single, "Call Me" was No. 1 for six consecutive weeks on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, where it became the band's biggest single and second No. 1. It also hit No. 1 in the UK and Canada, where it became their fourth and second chart-topper, respectively. In the year-end chart of 1980, it was Billboard's No. 1 single and RPM magazine's No. 3 in Canada.

Songs of Love & Loss 2 is the ninth studio album by Australian singer-songwriter Tina Arena, released on 15 November 2008 by EMI in Australia. Her second cover album, it follows on from Songs of Love & Loss, released in 2007, and includes covers of songs by Blondie, Lulu, Alice Cooper and Split Enz among others. The first single, "Oh Me Oh My", was released to Australian radio on 22 October 2008 and made available for download on 8 November. The album was certified gold by the Australian Recording Industry Association for sales in excess of thirty-five thousand just three days after its release and debuted at No. 12 on the ARIA Albums Chart. A limited edition was released featuring a bonus DVD with a 10-minute documentary on the making of the album. The documentary was also available as a video download with pre-orders of the album from the iTunes Store. The digital release also contained a bonus track, a cover of Petula Clark's 1964 hit "Downtown".

Nier is an action role-playing video game developed by Cavia and published by Square Enix for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 in April 2010. In Japan, the game was released as Nier Replicant for the PlayStation 3 with a younger main character, while an alternate version titled Nier Gestalt with an older main character was released was released for the Xbox 360; Gestalt was released outside of Japan as Nier for both platforms. Replicant was the original version of the game, with the Gestalt version created due to pressure from the American branch of Square Enix; supplementary material released in Japan is based on Replicant. An updated version of Replicant, titled Nier Replicant ver.1.22474487139..., is set for a worldwide release for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Windows in April 2021.

The music of Nier was composed by Keiichi Okabe with members of his studio, Monaca, Kakeru Ishihama and Keigo Hoashi, and Takafumi Nishimura of Cavia. The soundtrack has inspired the release of four official albums by Square Enix—an official soundtrack album and three albums of arrangements—along with two mini-albums included as pre-order bonuses for the Japanese versions of the game and two licensed EPs of jazz arrangements.

One More Time is the second studio album by Real McCoy under Arista Records and the third under BMG Berlin. It was the follow-up to the multi-platinum selling album Another Night. Music producer Juergen Wind wrote and produced the album with the Sweden based production team known as Lemon Productions. American songwriter Brent Argovitz and German rapper Olaf Jeglitza worked together as songwriters on the album. A producer duo known as the Berman Brothers also produced a Shania Twain cover for the album and made the remixes for the singles. For promotional reasons, Jeglitza was credited as an Executive Producer alongside Wind and Arista Records CEO Clive Davis. Released worldwide in early 1997, the album failed to match the success of its predecessor, peaking at No. 55 on the Canadian Hot 100 and No. 79 on the U.S. Billboard 200. The lead single from the album,, reached No.3 in Australia and achieved Platinum status in the country but saw lesser success in the U.S. peaking at No. 27 on the charts. The follow-up singles "I Wanna Come " and the Shania Twain cover "(If You're Not in It for Love) I'm Outta Here!" failed to chart and were also commercial failures.
"Trying to Love You" is a song written by singer-songwriters Beth Nielsen Chapman and Bill Lloyd. It was originally recorded by Chapman herself for her 2005 studio album, Look. The same year, American country artist Trisha Yearwood included a version on her 2005 studio album, Jasper County. It was eventually spawned as the second single from the album and became a charting Billboard hit on two charts. It received positive reception from music critics and writers.
