The Chevy Revolution Tour is a snowboarding competition series created in 2005 by U.S. Snowboarding to bridge the gap between grassroots level and elite snowboarding competitions. The sole purpose of the Chevy Revolution Tour is to help young riders make the jump to elite level competition and to progress the sport of snowboarding.
Featuring halfpipe, slopestyle and snowboardcross the tour, which is hosted annually by top resorts across the country, is the main vein for qualification into the Chevy U.S. Snowboarding Grand Prix series. Competition is open to all riders 13 and older for halfpipe and slopestyle and 15 and older for SBX events.
In addition to the Chevy U.S. Snowboarding Grand Prix, the Chevy Revolution Tour also serves as a qualifier for the US Open, FIS Junior World Snowboarding Championships, USASA Open Class Nationals and the Visa U.S. Snowboarding Cup – a World Cup competition held annually in Lake Placid, NY.
Also on the line is $10,000 in prize money, plus the top male and female junior riders receive an invitation to join U.S. Snowboarding's Project Gold Team, an opportunity to train with U.S. Snowboarding at its annual summer camp.

Antti-Matias Antero Autti is a Finnish snowboarding star who shot to fame when he defeated big-name talents Danny Kass, Andy Finch, and Shaun White in the Men's Superpipe at the 2005 Winter X Games to claim the gold. He is one of two snowboarders, along with Steve Fisher, ever to beat Shaun White in the X Games Superpipe.
Kelly Clark is an American snowboarder who won halfpipe gold at the 2002 Winter Olympics. Clark was born in Newport, Rhode Island. She started snowboarding when she was 7 years old, began competing in 1999, and became a member of the US Snowboard team in 2000. On January 25, 2019 at the Winter X Games in Aspen, she announced her retirement from the sport.

Travis Rice is an American professional snowboarder. He is #13 on Snowboarder magazine’s list of the 20 most influential snowboarders of the last 20 years. The 36-year-old has featured in more than twenty snowboarding films. Rice’s biggest claim to fame was when he arrived at Snowboarder magazine’s Superpark contest at Mammoth Mountain and launched a 'mammoth' of a backside rodeo across a 117-foot gap jump. He has been considered "the Paul Revere" of the big mountain freestyle movement. In 2013, Rice was named the best contemporary snowboarder in the world by Red Bull; Rice was also hailed as one of the greatest snowboarders of all time by numerous writers and publications.

U.S. Snowboarding, the snowboarding arm of the United States Ski and Snowboard Association (USSA), is committed to the progression of snowboarding by providing athletic programs, services, and competitions for male and female athletes of all ages, coast-to-coast.
The U.S. Snowboarding Grand Prix was created in 1996 by U.S. Snowboarding with snowboarding progression as a top priority. This annual competition series utilizes top resorts from across the United States to host world-class snowboarding competitions which draw the best male and female riders in the world. It was the first domestic competition series to offer equal prize money to male and female competitors and is now the official qualifying series for making the U.S. Olympic Team for halfpipe.
The U.S. Snowboarding Race to the Cup was created in 2005 by U.S. Snowboarding in order to provide a high-level domestic competition series for alpine snowboarders. All events are part of the annual NorAm competition circuit which includes races in Canada and the United States. The purpose of the U.S. Snowboarding Race to the Cup is to develop young alpine riders for World Cup level competition.

Jonathan Cheever is an American snowboarder. He is an athlete on the U.S. Snowboarding's SBX A Team. Becoming the second American male ever in his discipline to win the world cup. In 2011, he was ranked third in the world in snowboard cross (SBX). Still no U.S. man has won a FIS World Cup title in SBX.
The 2013–14 FIS Snowboard World Cup is a multi race tournament over a season for snowboarding. The World Cup was organised by the FIS which also runs world cups and championships in alpine skiing, cross-country skiing, ski jumping, nordic combined and freestyle skiing. The FIS Snowboarding World Cup consisted of the parallel slalom, snowboard cross and the halfpipe. The men's side of the world cup also consisted of a big air competition.
