Rich Jones is an English guitarist born in Coventry in 1973. He has since played music worldwide and lived in Toronto, Vancouver, Los Angeles, London, and Berlin. He now lives in Toronto with his family.

Career

Jones was a founding member and principal songwriter of the Canadian punk band The Black Halos from 1993–2001, [1] and played in the British punkabilly band The Yo-Yos (2005), and the American punk bands Amen (2002-2005) and Sorry and the Sinatras (2007-2009). In addition, he toured and recorded with Alec Empire,[ citation needed ] Canadian singer-songwriter Neil Leyton, and The Dogs D'Amour, as well as doing artwork for Michael Monroe, Killing Joke, [2] Amen and Eureka Machines.

Jones also appears as a guest guitarist on the Therapy? album Shameless . When he lived in London, he played and recorded with Wildhearts frontman Ginger, The Loyalties with ex Yo-Yo Tom Spencer, and Sorry and the Sinatras with Scott Sorry (ex-Amen). In 2012 he produced a record for the band Radio Dead Ones. [3]

In the summer of 2013, Jones stood in for former Backyard Babies guitarist Dregen in Michael Monroe's band for a series of live dates that ran until December of that year. [4] In March 2014 it was announced that he would join Michael Monroe's band as a full-time member. [5]

Dregen is a Swedish musician best known as the guitarist of The Hellacopters, as well as Backyard Babies. As of March 2014, Dregen has also served as the newest member of Michael Monroe's solo band, replacing Ginger as guitarist. He was formerly married to fellow Swedish singer Pernilla Andersson, who is also the mother of their first child, a son named Sixten. The couple officially announced their separation on 1 June 2015.

The Wildhearts are an English rock band, formed in 1989 in Newcastle upon Tyne. The band's sound is a mixture of hard rock and melodic pop music, often described in the music press as combining influences as diverse as the Beatles and 1980s-era Metallica. The Wildhearts achieved several top 20 singles and two top 10 albums in Britain, though they also faced difficulties with record companies and many internal problems often relating to drugs and depression. Much of the band's early career was affected by bitter feuds with their record company, East West.

Brides of Destruction was an American hard rock supergroup from Los Angeles, California, formed in 2002. The band's last lineup consisted of singer London LeGrand (vocals), Tracii Guns and Scot Coogan. Previous members of the band were Nikki Sixx (bass), Kris Kohls (drums), Adam Hamilton (keyboard), John Corabi, Scott Sorry (bass) and Ginger.

Amen is an American hardcore punk band formed in Los Angeles, California in 1994. The band was founded by front man and singer Casey Chaos and combines elements of punk rock, hardcore, and heavy metal. Amen has released four studio albums, one live album, and the songs "Coma America", "The Price of Reality", and "California's Bleeding". The band saw continuous changes in membership, with Casey Chaos remaining the sole original member. In 2007, Amen went on hiatus and returned in 2014 with an appearance at that year's Knotfest.

Michael Monroe Finnish rock musician

Matti Antero Kristian Fagerholm, better known by his stage name Michael Monroe, is a Finnish rock musician and multi-instrumentalist who rose to fame as the vocalist for the glam punk band Hanoi Rocks, and has served as the frontman for all-star side projects, such as Demolition 23 and Jerusalem Slim.

Karim Chmielinski, known professionally as Casey Chaos, is an American singer and musician. His music has encompassed a number of styles, including hardcore punk, death rock, and metal. He is the vocalist and songwriter of the metal band Amen. Chaos has been called many things, from "a one-man wrecking crew" to a "genius'; Amen has received innumerable accolades, including one from former Sex Pistols guitarist Steve Jones, who said "Amen's more pissed off than we ever were."

Towers of London are an English punk rock band, who formed in 2004. Their music mixes elements of rock and glam metal music with 1977 style British punk. The band have divided the opinions of the British music press since their emergence in early 2004, gaining positive reviews from some music news media and extremely negative reviews from others.

Horns and Halos is the seventh solo studio album by Finnish rock singer Michael Monroe. It was released on 23 August 2013 by Spinefarm Records. Michael Monroe stated about the album title Horns and Halos: "We all have a bit of both within us – Yin and Yang, Devils and Angels etc. However – Love and Light always conquers the darkness in the end".
