Richard P. Creagan is an American politician from the Democratic Party of Hawaii. He was a member of the Hawaii House of Representatives from 2014 to 2020. [1]
Creagan was appointed Governor of Hawaii Neil Abercrombie to replace Denny Coffman. [2] In 2019,he introduced a bill to raise the minimum smoking age to 100. [3] This made Hawaii the first state to consider such legislation. [4]

A member of the Democratic Party,Hirono previously served as a member of the United States House of Representatives for Hawaii's 2nd congressional district from 2007 to 2013. Michael Joseph Madigan is an American politician who is the former speaker of the Illinois House of Representatives. He was the longest-serving leader of any state or federal legislative body in the history of the United States,having held the position for all but two years from 1983 to 2021.
