The Richmond Kickers Academy is the official youth system of the Richmond Kickers, a professional soccer club based in Richmond, Virginia that compete in USL Pro. The Kickers Academy features two youth teams, a U-18 and U-16 side, who both compete in the U.S. Soccer Development Academy. The Academy also features a Pre-Academy, U-14 side, who also compete in the Academy leagues.

The Kickers Academy is a three-tiered academy featuring the main academy, which includes a U-18 and U-16 team, along with the pre-academy, which includes a U-14 team. The Academy was created in 2008, and succeed the original development team, which was the Richmond Kickers Future, a reserve side that played in the USL Premier Development League. [1]

It was founded in 2002 as the Raleigh Elite, and the current affiliate of North Carolina FC, a third division club in the United Soccer League. The team plays in USL League Two, and previously in the National Premier Soccer League (NPSL). The team was known as the Cary Clarets in 2008 and 2009; and went dormant for a year in 2010. 2019 Orlando City B season Season of American association football team

The 2019 Orlando City B season is the club's third year of existence and their first returning from hiatus during the 2018 season. It is their first season as a founding member of USL League One, the third tier of the United States soccer pyramid, after moving from the second tier now rebranded as USL Championship in the restructuring. The team also moved from Orlando City Stadium where they spent the 2017 season, to Montverde Academy which already housed Orlando City's Development Academy.
