Rick Pardy (born September 24, 1961) is an American former college football coach. He was the head football coach for Marist College from 1989 to 1991 and Bates College from 1992 to 1997. [1] [2] [3] With Marist he became the youngest head coach in the NCAA at 27 years old. [1] He led the Marist to the program's first conference championship in 1990 when they finished a perfect 5–0 in Atlantic Central Football Conference (ACFC) play. [4] [5]
Pardy attended Ithaca College where he was an All-American offensive lineman. After his graduation, he was hired as the defensive ends coach for Albany. In 1985, he joined Hamilton where he was hired as the defensive backs coach before being promoted to defensive coordinator in 1987 at only 25 years old. [1] After being the head football coach for Marist and Bates, he returned to Marist as defensive coordinator and associate head coach. [6]

Jim Bates is a former American football coach in the National Football League (NFL), most recently serving as defensive coordinator of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He primarily ran a 4–3 scheme, using fast, undersized linebackers. Bates served as interim head coach for the Miami Dolphins during the 2004 NFL season.

The Red Foxes are the athletic teams of Marist College. The Marist Red Foxes compete in NCAA Division I athletics as a member of the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) the only exception being football, a member of the Pioneer Football League (PFL).
Paul Casey "Gus" Bradley is an American football coach who most recently served as the defensive coordinator for the Indianapolis Colts of the National Football League (NFL). He came to prominence as the defensive coordinator for the Seattle Seahawks from 2009 to 2012, where he was the original playcaller of the team's Legion of Boom secondary. Bradley later served as the head coach of the Jacksonville Jaguars from 2013 to 2016. Following his dismissal from Jacksonville, he returned to assistant coaching and became the Colts' defensive coordinator in 2022.
The Marist Red Foxes football program is the intercollegiate American football team for Marist College located in the U.S. state of New York. The team competes in the NCAA Division I Football Championship Subdivision (FCS) and are members of the Pioneer Football League. Marist's first football team was fielded in 1965. The team plays its home games at the 5,000 seat Tenney Stadium at Leonidoff Field in Poughkeepsie, New York. The Red Foxes are coached by Mike Willis.
Mike Malet is an American former college football and college lacrosse coach. He was the first head football coach for the Marist College football program when it was granted varsity status. The Red Foxes program coached by Ron Levine existed from 1965 to 1977 on the club level. Malet finished his 11-year head football coaching career at Marist by passing the reins over to Rick Pardy with an overall record of 31–68.
The Marist Red Foxes men's basketball team is the basketball team that represents Marist College in Poughkeepsie, New York, United States. The school's team currently competes in the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference. The Red Foxes have qualified for the NCAA tournament twice, losing in the first round in both instances. Prior to joining the MAAC in 1997, Marist was a charter member of the ECAC Metro Conference in 1981; which became the Northeast Conference in 1988.
Daniel Patrick Quinn is an American professional football coach who is the head coach for the Washington Commanders of the National Football League (NFL). He came to prominence as the defensive coordinator of the Seattle Seahawks from 2013 to 2014, helping craft a Cover 3 defense that featured the Legion of Boom secondary. Under Quinn, Seattle made two consecutive Super Bowl appearances, winning the franchise's first in Super Bowl XLVIII.
James Walter Hopson is an American college football coach and former player. He was most recently the cornerbacks coach for the University of South Alabama from 2023 to 2024. He has been a head coach at Southern Miss and Alcorn State. In the latter role, he was the first white head football coach in the history of the Southwestern Athletic Conference, an organization composed of historically black colleges and universities. Hopson has also served as an assistant coach at Tulane, Delta State, LSU, Florida, Marshall, Southern Miss, Ole Miss, Michigan, and Memphis.
Curtiss Sweeney Mallory is an American football coach and former player who is currently the head coach at Indiana State. He has been a college football coach since 1995 and has held defensive coordinator positions at the University of Illinois and the University of Akron. Mallory had most recently been the defensive secondary coach at the University of Wyoming; he played college football for the Michigan Wolverines as a linebacker from 1989 to 1990.

The Red Foxes, led by fourth year head coach Mike Maker, played their home games at the McCann Arena in Poughkeepsie, New York as members of the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference. They finished the season 6–25, 4–14 in MAAC play to finish in a tie for tenth place. They lost in the first round of the MAAC tournament to Fairfield.

He was the head football coach at Ohio Northern University from 2004 to 2023 and Thomas More College from 1999 to 2003. He played college football as a Running Back at Mount Union College—now known as the University of Mount Union—from 1987 to 1990.
