Michael Joseph Riley is an American football coach who was most recently the head coach of the New Jersey Generals of the United States Football League (USFL). He has previously served as the head coach of two college football programs: Oregon State and Nebraska (2015–2017). Riley has also been the head coach of teams in four different professional leagues: the Canadian Football League (CFL), World League of American Football (WLAF), National Football League (NFL), and Alliance of American Football (AAF). He played college football for the Alabama Crimson Tide in the 1970s.
Kristopher Clayton Brown is a former American football placekicker who played in the National Football League (NFL) for twelve seasons in the late 1990s and 2000s. He played college football for the University of Nebraska, and was drafted in the seventh round of the 1999 NFL draft by the Pittsburgh Steelers. In the first six years of his NFL career, he converted 132 of 173 field goals (76%) and scored 573 points. He was a key player for the expansion Houston Texans, being their placekicker for the entirety of the team's existence until 2010. He also played for the San Diego Chargers and Dallas Cowboys.
Westlake High School is a public high school in unincorporated territory of Travis County, Texas, west of and adjacent to Austin. The school is a part of the Eanes Independent School District. Westlake High School is the only high school in the Eanes ISD and serves West Lake Hills, Rollingwood, parts of Southwest Austin, as well as parts of unincorporated Travis County. The school was established in 1969 and opened in 1970.
Todd Russell Dodge is an American football coach and former player, and current head coach at Lovejoy High School in Lucas, Texas. After graduating from the University of Texas at Austin where he played quarterback for the Longhorns, Dodge went into coaching, primarily at the high school level. At Southlake Carroll he was head coach of four 5A state championship teams in a seven-year span. He moved on to the college level as head coach of the University of North Texas football team, but he was released after acquiring a 6–37 record. After coaching the quarterbacks at the University of Pittsburgh for the 2011 season, he returned to high school coaching in 2012.

The school is part of the Carroll Independent School District, serving the majority of the city of Southlake, portions of northwest Grapevine, far northern Colleyville and eastern Westlake. The building is located at 1501 W. Southlake Blvd at the intersection of S. Peytonville Avenue and Southlake Blvd.
Lake Travis High School is a public high school located in unincorporated Travis County, Texas, United States, approximately 20 miles west of Austin, near Lake Travis. The preparatory is accredited by the Texas Education Agency and rated as an exemplary secondary by TEA standards. LTHS serves students in grades nine through twelve who live in southwest Travis County and is part of the Lake Travis Independent School District.
Graham Stanton Harrell is an American football coach and former quarterback who most recently was the offensive coordinator for the Purdue Boilermakers. He played college football for Texas Tech Red Raiders from 2004 to 2008. He played in the Canadian Football League (CFL) and the National Football League (NFL) from 2009 to 2013, with his longest tenure as a player with the Green Bay Packers. He served as the offensive coordinator of the North Texas Mean Green (2016–2018), USC Trojans (2019–2021) and the West Virginia Mountaineers (2022).
The Texas Football Classic was a high school football event that took place at the beginning of each football season at the Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas. It was started in 1999 by the staff of Dave Campbell's Texas Football, an annual football publication that highlights every high school, college, and professional team in the state of Texas. Since then, it has grown from three games to five and spans three days, usually over Labor Day weekend.
The 2007 North Texas Mean Green football team represented the University of North Texas in the 2007 NCAA Division I FBS football season. The team was led by its new head coach Todd Dodge. He replaced Darrell Dickey, who was fired after going 3–9 in 2006. Dodge was regarded as one of the nation’s most successful high school football coaches amassing a 98–11 record overall at Carroll High School in Southlake, Texas. He was named National Coach of the Year by Schutt Sports in 2004 and by USA Today in 2005. His Southlake program produced five consecutive offensive players of the year in Texas. Dodge is also regarded by many FBS coaches as one of the nation's premiere offensive minds in developing a unique and effective scheme in his variation of the spread offense, in the much the same vein as Steve Spurrier and Mouse Davis. While at Southlake, Dodge helped the University of Missouri to implement his scheme.
Keller High School is a public high school located in the city of Keller, Texas and is served by the Keller Independent School District. The school educates students in the majority of the city of Keller, western Southlake, northwestern Colleyville, northern North Richland Hills, and most of Westlake, including the Vaquero development. It has been recognized as a National Blue Ribbon School for the 1999-2000 school year. As of 2011, Keller High School is rated "recognized" by the Texas Education Agency and is part of one of the largest districts in Texas to have an overall recognized rating. Per the 2017 US News Best High Schools System official numbers, 2,645 students attended the school.
Gary DeLoach is an American football coach and former player. He served as defensive coordinator at the University of North Texas (UNT) twice, from 2000 to 2002 and again from 2008 until 2010. Most recently, he was the assistant head coach and defensive coordinator at Northwestern State University (NSU) in 2012.
Bret Alan Stafford is a former American football player. He started as quarterback for the Texas Longhorns for almost 2½ seasons, 1985-87 during which time he established 14 UT records, among them most passing yards in a season (2,233) in 1986, and most passing yards over a career (4,735). However, most of his records have since been surpassed by Peter Gardere, James Brown, Major Applewhite, and Vince Young.

Nathaniel "Tre'" Newton III is a former American football running back. He graduated from the University of Texas at Austin and is a former starting running back for the Texas Longhorns.
Jack Welch is an American football coach. He is the special teams coordinator and chief of staff at Texas A&M University–Commerce, a position he has held since 2019. Welch served as the head football coach at Kansas Wesleyan University from 1985 to 1986, Fort Scott Community College in Fort Scott, Kansas from 1987 to 1992, and Copperas Cove High School in Copperas Cove, Texas from 1994 to 2017.
Michael Sid Canales is an American football coach and former player. He is the offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach for Southeastern University, positions he has held since 2023. He previously was the offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach for the University of North Texas, a position he held from 2010 to 2015. He became the interim head coach of the Mean Green twice, after the firing of Todd Dodge in 2010 and Dan McCarney in 2015. After a brief stint with Utah State in 2016, he was named the quarterbacks coach at the University of Tennessee in January 2017, reuniting with offensive coordinator Larry Scott, with whom he worked while at the University of South Florida. From 2018 until 2020, Canales was the offensive coordinator at the University of Texas at El Paso.
Robert Marvin Moerschell is a former American football player. He started as quarterback for the Texas Longhorns for most of the 1983 season, the last undefeated regular season for Texas in the 20th century. In 1984, he moved to tailback and punt returner when Todd Dodge took over as quarterback. He also returned punts and kickoffs in 1981 and 1982. Moerschell is the last Texas quarterback to go undefeated as a starter over his entire career and one of the school's top ten punt returners of all time.
Kenneth Wade Hill Jr. is an American football coach and former quarterback who is currently the associate head coach and running backs coach at Incarnate Word. He previously played for the Texas A&M Aggies and TCU Horned Frogs. In his first start with the Aggies, he broke Johnny Manziel's school single-game passing yards record with 511 yards.
Quinn Tucker Ewers is an American football quarterback for the Texas Longhorns. He was a member of the Ohio State Buckeyes as a freshman and transferred to Texas in 2022.
