Ririn began her career as an actress of movie Setannya Kok Beneran?. [1] [4] She decided to retired from entertainment in 2019 because her dream from childhood to enter the politician and councilmember to serve the country and the people. [5] [6]

The election occurred as part of the general election, which also included elections for the president, members of the national House of Representatives (DPR), and members of the Regional Representative Council (DPD).

The 2020 South Tangerang mayoral election was held on 9 December 2020 as part of nationwide local elections to elect the mayor of South Tangerang for a three-year term. The previous election was held in 2015. Sitting vice mayor Benyamin Davnie, supported by just the Golkar party, won the election after defeating coalition-backed candidates Muhamad and Siti Nur Azizah.
