Riviera Estates is an unincorporated community in Lake County, California. [1] It lies at an elevation of 1489 feet (454 m). [1]
Buick is a division of the American automobile manufacturer General Motors (GM). The French Riviera, known in French as the Côte d'Azur, is the Mediterranean coastline of the southeast corner of France. The Nederlander Organization, founded in 1912 by David T. Nederlander in Detroit, and currently based in New York City, is one of the largest operators of live theaters and music venues in the United States. Steve Elkington shot a final round 64 (−7) and won his only major championship in a sudden-death playoff. Elkington sank a 20-foot (6 m) birdie putt on the first playoff hole to defeat Colin Montgomerie. Ernie Els, the third round leader, shot 72 (+1) and finished two strokes back, in a tie for third with Jeff Maggert. His 197 after 54 holes was the lowest-ever for a major championship.
