Cebu's 1st congressional district is one of the seven congressional districts of the Philippines in the province of Cebu. It has been represented in the House of Representatives of the Philippines since 1916 and earlier in the Philippine Assembly from 1907 to 1916. The district consists of the cities of Carcar, Naga and Talisay and the municipalities of Minglanilla, San Fernando and Sibonga. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Rhea Gullas of the Lakas–CMD.

It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Edsel Galeos of the Lakas-CMD.

The district consists of the western Rizal municipalities of Angono, Binangonan, Cainta and Taytay. It is presently the largest legislative district in the country in terms of population. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Michael John R. Duavit of the Nationalist People's Coalition (NPC).

The district consists of the municipalities of Baras, Cardona, Jalajala, Morong, Pililla, Tanay and Teresa. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Emigdio P. Tanjuatco III of the Liberal Party (LP).

The district consists the municipalities of Consolacion and Cordova. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Daphne Lagon of the Lakas-CMD.

It has been represented in the House of Representatives of the Philippines since 2010. It currently consists of only the city of General Trias. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Antonio Ferrer of the National Unity Party (NUP).

Previously included in Laguna's 1st congressional district, it includes all barangays of the city. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Marlyn Alonte-Naguiat of the Lakas–CMD, who is the district's first representative since its creation.
Navotas's at-large congressional district is the congressional district of the Philippines in Navotas. It has been represented in the House of Representatives of the Philippines since 2010. Previously included in Malabon–Navotas's at-large congressional district, it includes all barangays of the city. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Toby Tiangco of the Partido Navoteño.

It consists of the southern city of Tagaytay and the municipalities of Alfonso, General Emilio Aguinaldo, Magallanes, Maragondon, Mendez, Naic, and Ternate, bordering the provinces of Batangas and Laguna. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Aniela Bianca Tolentino of the National Unity Party (NUP).

Previously included in Cebu's 6th congressional district, it includes all barangays of the city. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Cindi Chan of the PDP-Laban.

It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Loreto S. Amante of the Lakas–CMD.

It has been represented in the House of Representatives of the Philippines since 2004. The district consists of the eastern Antipolo barangays of Calawis, Cupang, Dalig, Inarawan, San Jose, San Juan, San Luis and San Roque. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Romeo Acop of the National Unity Party (NUP).

It has been represented in the House of Representatives of the Philippines since 1998. Las Piñas first elected a single representative city-wide at-large for the 11th Congress following its conversion into a highly urbanized city through Republic Act No. 8251 on February 12, 1997. Before 1997, its territory was represented as part of Las Piñas–Muntinlupa, Las Piñas–Parañaque and Rizal's 1st and at-large district, and Manila's at-large district. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Camille Villar of the Nacionalista Party (NP).
Pasig's at-large congressional district is the sole congressional district of the Philippines in the city of Pasig. It has been represented in the House of Representatives of the Philippines since 1987. Pasig first elected a single representative city-wide at-large for the 8th Congress following the ratification of the 1987 Constitution that restored the House of Representatives. Before 1987, the city was represented as part of Pasig–Marikina, Rizal's 2nd and at-large district, and Manila's at-large district, respectively. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Roman Romulo, an independent.
Pasay's at-large congressional district is the sole congressional district of the Philippines in the city of Pasay. It has been represented in the House of Representatives of the Philippines since 1987 and earlier in the Batasang Pambansa from 1984 to 1986. Pasay first elected a single representative city-wide at-large for the Regular Batasang Pambansa following the 1984 Philippine constitutional plebiscite that amended the 1973 constitution and abolished the regional at-large assembly districts. Before 1973, the city was represented in the national legislatures as part of Rizal's 1st and at-large districts and Manila's at-large district. The district was re-created on February 2, 1987 following the ratification of the 1987 constitution that restored the House of Representatives. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Antonino G. Calixto of the Lakas–CMD.
Muntinlupa's at-large congressional district is the sole congressional district of the Philippines in the city of Muntinlupa. It has been represented in the House of Representatives of the Philippines since 1998. Muntinlupa first elected a single representative city-wide at-large for the 11th Congress following its conversion into a highly-urbanized city through Republic Act No. 7926 on March 1, 1995. Before 1998, its territory was represented as part of Las Piñas–Muntinlupa, Taguig–Pateros–Muntinlupa, Rizal's 1st and at-large district, and Manila's at-large district. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Jaime Fresnedi of the Liberal Party (LP).
Palawan's 2nd congressional district is one of the three congressional districts of the Philippines in the province of Palawan. It has been represented in the House of Representatives since 1987. The district encompasses the southern portion of Palawan Island including the Balabac Island group. It consists of the municipalities of Balabac, Bataraza, Brooke's Point, Narra, Quezon, Rizal and Sofronio Española. Prior to redistricting in 2012, the district also included the capital city Puerto Princesa and the municipality of Aborlan. The district is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Jose C. Alvarez of the Partido Demokratiko Pilipino (PDP).
Batangas's 5th congressional district is one of the six congressional districts of the Philippines in the province of Batangas. It has been represented in the House of Representatives of the Philippines since 2016. The district consists of all barangays of the city of Batangas facing the provinces of Oriental Mindoro and Occidental Mindoro. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Mario Vittorio A. Mariño of the Nacionalista Party (NP).

The district consists of the north-western municipality of San Mateo. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Jose Arturo "Jojo" S. Garcia, Jr. of the Nationalist People's Coalition, who is its first representative since its creation.
