Robert "Rob" Karl Baldwin Grabert (born 5 February 1964, in Hilfarth, West Germany) is a retired volleyball player from the Netherlands who represented his home country at the 1988 and 1996 Summer Olympics. His finest hour came in 1996, when he won the gold medal in Atlanta, Georgia with the Dutch men's national team by defeating archrivals Italy in the final (3–2).

Rob Harmeling is a retired Dutch professional road bicycle racer. Harmeling rode the Tour de France three times: in 1991 he was the lanterne rouge, in 1992 he won a stage, and in 1994 he was disqualified for hanging onto the team car. As amateur, Harmeling competed in the road race at the 1988 Summer Olympics and finished in 38th place. He won the world title in team time trial at the 1986 UCI Road World Championships.

He competed with the team at the 1996 Summer Olympics and 2000 Summer Olympics. He was also part of the national team at the 2001 Men's European Water Polo Championship and 2003 Men's European Water Polo Championship.
