Robert Jan Westdijk (born 2 November 1964) is a Dutch film director. He was born in Utrecht. His 1995 directorial debut film, Little Sister , won a Golden Calf for Best Feature Film.

In 2004, there were 16 award categories, mainly because in 2003 the categories Best Photography, Best Montage, Best Music, Best Production Design, Best Sound Design were added.

Little Sister is a Dutch award-winning drama film released in 1995 and directed by Robert Jan Westdijk. Little Sister earned the Special Jury Prize at the 8th Yubari International Fantastic Film Festival in February 1997. It also won the Golden Calf for Best Feature Film.

In Real Life, released in the Netherlands as Het echte leven, is a 2008 Dutch drama film that was written and directed by Robert Jan Westdijk. The film had its premiere at the Netherlands Film Festival on 25 September 2008 and was released on DVD the following year. The film stars Ramsey Nasr as a film director who decides to test his girlfriend's love for him. The movie's soundtrack was composed by Michel Banabila and Eric Vloeimans, and features songs from their album VoizNoiz 3 – Urban Jazz Scapes.
