John Lorenzo Hubbell was a member of the Arizona State Senate. He was elected to serve in the 1st Arizona State Legislature from Apache County. He served in the Senate from March 1912 until March 1914. Hubbell was the long-time owner of the Hubbell Trading Post established in 1878 on the Navajo Reservation in Ganado,Arizona. The trading post is preserved as the Hubbell Trading Post National Historic Site.

He was one of the largest sheep ranchers in Arizona,at one point serving on the state's Sheep Sanitary Board. He was elected as one of the two delegates from Navajo County to the Arizona Constitutional Convention in 1910. At other points he was the sheriff of Apache County and the treasurer of Navajo County.

He was heavily involved in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. During his life he was involved in freighting,ranching and mining.
Andrew Thomas Kilcrease (1879-1946) was an American politician from Arizona. He served a single term in the Arizona State Senate during the 7th Arizona State Legislature,holding the seat from Pinal County,after having served in Arizona's lower house during the previous session. He had a background in education,and served at different times as Casa Grande's city clerk and postmaster.
George Washington Nelson was an American politician from Arizona. He served three consecutive terms in the Arizona State Senate during the 8th through 10th Arizona State Legislatures holding the seat from Navajo County,and again in the 12th Arizona State Legislature.
J. Hubert Smith,also known as J. H. Smith or J. H. (Hubert) Smith was an American politician from Arizona. He served several terms in the Arizona State Senate during the 10th,12th,13th,15th,and 16th Arizona State Legislatures holding the seat from Mohave County. He also served as an assistant state attorney general during the 1940s.
