Released on October 18, 2024, through R&R, [1] [2] it serves as Gordon's second standalone single, after "Lonely Fight", following the release of his debut album Two Star & the Dream Police (2024). [3]
The song became Gordon's first charting single, appearing on Billboard 's Adult Alternative Airplay, Rock & Alternative Airplay, and Alternative Airplay charts. It was nominated for Record of the Year at the 2025 Libera Awards. [4]
