The Green Party of British Columbia, or simply the BC Greens, is a provincial political party in British Columbia, Canada. It was founded in 1983 and is based in Victoria. The party won its first seat in the Legislative Assembly of British Columbia in the 2013 provincial election.
Gulzar Singh Cheema is an Indian-born Canadian physician and politician. He was a member of the Legislative Assembly of Manitoba from 1988 to 1993, and a member of the Legislative Assembly of British Columbia from 2001 to 2004, making him one of only a few Canadian politicians to have sat in two provincial legislatures since Confederation. He is the first Indian-born provincial legislator in Canada. She was re-elected for a fifth term as MLA for the Prince George-Valemount riding in 2017. She did not run for re-election in 2024.

Kathy Corrigan is a Canadian politician who served as a Member of the Legislative Assembly of British Columbia in the 39th and 40th Parliament of British Columbia, from 2009 to 2017. As a member of the BC New Democratic Party, she was elected to represent the riding of Burnaby-Deer Lake in the 2009 provincial election and re-elected in the 2013 election. In both parliaments her NDP formed the official opposition and Corrigan acted as their critic on various issues, including 2010 Winter Olympics, women's issues, public safety, the Solicitor General and advanced education. During both the 2011 and the 2014 NDP leadership elections, Corrigan endorsed John Horgan. At the same time as she served as a Member of the Legislative Assembly, her husband Derek Corrigan served as mayor of Burnaby.
Terry J. Beech is a Canadian businessman and politician who has served as Member of Parliament for the federal electoral district of Burnaby North—Seymour in the House of Commons of Canada since 2015. Beech serves as minister for the newly created portfolio of citizen services since 2023. Prior, he served as Parliamentary Secretary to a number of Liberal cabinet ministers, including Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance Chrystia Freeland from 2021 to 2023.
Anne Kang is a Taiwanese-born Canadian politician who has represented the electoral district of Burnaby-Deer Lake in the Legislative Assembly of British Columbia since 2017. A member of the British Columbia New Democratic Party caucus, she has served in the cabinet of British Columbia since 2020, currently as Minister of Post-Secondary Education and Future Skills. From 2022 to 2024, she was Minister of Municipal Affairs. Prior to her election as Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA), Kang served as a city councillor in Burnaby for three terms.
Rachna Singh is a Canadian politician and trade unionist who represented the electoral district of Surrey-Green Timbers in the Legislative Assembly of British Columbia from 2017 until 2024. A member of the British Columbia New Democratic Party caucus, she has served as Minister of Education and Child Care of British Columbia from December 2022 until 2024.
Katrina Chen is a Canadian politician who represented the electoral district of Burnaby-Lougheed in the Legislative Assembly of British Columbia from 2017 to 2024. She was the first Taiwanese-Canadian elected and appointed to the B.C. Cabinet and Executive Council as the Minister of State for Child Care from 2017 to 2022. She was the Chair of the Child Care Working Group and served on many Cabinet committees including the Covid Working Group, Priorities and Accountability Committee and Social Initiatives Committee. She was also the Co-Chair of David Eby's leadership campaign in 2022.
Christine Boyle is a Canadian politician who was elected to the Legislative Assembly of British Columbia in the 2024 British Columbia general election. She represents the electoral district of Vancouver-Little Mountain as a member of the British Columbia New Democratic Party. Upon taking office, she was named Minister of Indigenous Relations and Reconciliation. Boyle had also served as a city councillor in Vancouver from 2018, until her resignation on December 12, 2024.
Jennifer Whiteside is a Canadian politician and trade unionist who was elected to the Legislative Assembly of British Columbia in the 2020 British Columbia general election. She represents the electoral district of New Westminster as a member of the British Columbia New Democratic Party. She has served in the cabinet of British Columbia since 2020, currently as Minister of Mental Health and Addictions.
Kelly Greene is a Canadian politician who was elected to the Legislative Assembly of British Columbia in the 2020 British Columbia general election. She represents the electoral district of Richmond-Steveston as a member of the British Columbia New Democratic Party. She also serves as Minister of Emergency Management and Climate Readiness for British Columbia. From 2018 to 2020 she served as a city councillor in Richmond.

Bonita M. Zarrillo is a Canadian politician and is the Member of Parliament for Port Moody—Coquitlam elected in the 2021 Canadian federal election. She had previously narrowly lost the riding in 2019 to the Conservative Party's Nelly Shin. Zarrillo is a member of the New Democratic Party. Prior to her election to the House of Commons, she served as a city councillor for Coquitlam City Council.
Paul Choi is a Canadian politician, lawyer, former police officer, and former small business owner. He currently serves as the Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) for Burnaby South-Metrotown in British Columbia. Elected in the 2024 general election, he represents the British Columbia New Democratic Party.
