Rohinton T Kamakaka is a professor in the Department of Molecular Cell and Developmental Biology at the University of California at Santa Cruz. [1] Prior to that, he was Unit Chief at the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, Maryland. He received his PhD degree from the University of Cambridge, U.K. [2]

Such a Long Journey is a 1991 novel by Rohinton Mistry. It was shortlisted for the Booker Prize and won several other awards. In 2010 the book made headlines when it was withdrawn from the University of Mumbai's English syllabus after complaints from the Maharashtrian politician Aditya Thackeray.

Rohinton Fali Nariman is a former Judge of the Supreme Court of India. Before being elevated as a judge, he practised as a senior counsel at the Supreme Court. He was appointed the Solicitor General of India on 23 July 2011. He also served as a member of the Bar Council of India. He was designated as a Senior Counsel by Justice Venkatachaliah in 1993 at the early age of 37.

Rohinton Rustomji Noble was an Indian cyclist. He competed in the time trial and the team pursuit events at the 1948 Summer Olympics.

Narayan Dutta Ojha was an Indian judge and politician. He served as the Chief Justice of the Madhya Pradesh High Court in January 1987. He was the acting Governor of Madhya Pradesh in December 1987. He was earlier the Acting Chief Justice of the Allahabad High Court from August to September 1986. Later he became a judge of the Supreme Court of India in January 1988 and retired in January 1991. Ojha is deceased.
