Rokt is an Australian e-commerce technology company based in New York City and currently valued at US$2.4 billion. [1] It was founded by former Jetstar CEO Bruce Buchanan in Sydney, Australia, in 2012. [2] Major investors of the company include Square Peg [3] and Tiger Global Management. [4]

Rokt's software personalizes e-commerce offers and advertisements on the post-transaction pages of 3,000+ companies, including online retailers, like Ticketmaster, Lyft and JCPenney. In 2022, Uber announced a deal with Rokt to target its customers with relevant offers as they check out, as part of its efforts to build an ads business. [5]

In 2023, the Oracle Red Bull Racing Formula 1 team announced a partnership with Rokt. [6] The partnership includes diversity initiatives as well as Rokt's branding on the Oracle Red Bull Racing Team's F1 cars, driver suits, and other materials. [7]

The same year, Business Insider reported on an alleged toxic work environment in the company. Rokt denied the claims. [8] [9]
