Roland George Lee (born 30 July 1964) is an English former competitive swimmer, who attended Tewkesbury School.

Swimming career

Lee competed in the European championships and three consecutive Olympics for Great Britain, and swam for England in the Commonwealth Games. Lee specialised in the 100 metres freestyle. [1]

He represented England and won a silver medal in the 4 x 100 metres medley relay and a bronze medal in the 4 x 100 metres freestyle relay, at the 1986 Commonwealth Games in Edinburgh, Scotland. [2] [3] He was also a two times winner of the ASA National Championship in the 100 metres freestyle in (1986 and 1987) and the 1988 200 metres freestyle champion. [4] [5] [6]

Andrew David Jameson is an English sports commentator and former competitive swimmer. Active as an elite swimmer in the mid-to-late 1980s he represented Great Britain in two consecutive Summer Olympics, the FINA World Championships, LEN European Championships, as well as England in the Commonwealth Games. At his peak between 1986 and 1988 he won the gold medal in 100 metre butterfly at the 1986 Commonwealth Games, the 1987 European Aquatics Championships and the 1987 Summer Universiade, as well as the 100 metre freestyle gold at the same Universiade. Winning the bronze medal at the 1986 World Aquatics Championships, Jameson's career in the pool culminated in winning the bronze medal in the 1988 Summer Olympics, his second and final Olympic Games.

Neil Cochran is a Scottish former competitive swimmer who represented Great Britain in the Olympics, European championships and World University Games, and swam for Scotland in the Commonwealth Games, during the 1980s. Cochran competed in medley and freestyle swimming events.

John Philip Davey is an English former competition swimmer.

Gavin Meadows is a former international freestyle swimmer for England and Great Britain.

Caroline Joy Foot is an English former butterfly swimmer.

Kevin Thomas Boyd is an English former competitive swimmer who represented Great Britain in the Olympics and World University Games, and England in the Commonwealth Games, during the 1980s. He competed internationally in freestyle swimming events.

She competed for Scotland at the 1986 Commonwealth Games where she won a bronze medal in the 200 metre freestyle.
