Ronke Ademiluyi-Ogunwusi is a Nigerian fashion entrepreneur. [1] She is a British-Nigerian Olori (queen) of the Ife Kingdom, born to a scion of the royal family. She is the great-granddaughter of the late Ooni Ajagun Ademiluyi, 48th King of the Ile-Ife Kingdom in Southwest Nigeria. She is married to Ooni Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi, the 51st Ooni of Ife.

HM Queen Aderonke Ademiluyi-Ogunwusi is a London University alumni who graduated in Law and founded Africa Fashion Week London in 2011.

In 2014, she set up a sister platform in Nigeria, Africa Fashion Week Nigeria (AFWN). HM Queen Ronke Ademiluyi-Ogunwusi has produced over 20 fashion shows including the ‘Mayor of London's Africa on the Square’.

She produced The AFWL Business Fashion Forum. She is the co-founder of Fashion Future Online Courses in partnership with Henley Business School UK & Parsons Design School New York.

Moreover, she set up the AFWL Mentoring scheme for Black fashion students in the UK in partnership with Northampton University in the United Kingdom and below are some of the universities she has partnered with in Nigeria and the United Kingdom:-

She is the co-author of the ‘African fashion book The Eyes of Originality & Creativity’. Queen Ronke Ademiluyi-Ogunwusi is the producer of the documentary ‘Ingenious Aso Oke Fabric of Nigeria’.

She is the founder of the ‘Adire Oodua Textile Training Hub’ in Ile Ife, South West Nigeria, an indigenous handmade hub that empowers women and youth, and trains them in the vocational skill of Adire making to enable them to earn a sustainable living for themselves. Her Africa Fashion Week Nigeria partnered with Afrinolly Creative Hub To Style MTN Y'ello Star, the largest mobile-based music reality show, where over 10,000 contestants competed to be the next Nigerian music star.

She is the creator and producer of Queen Moremi The Musical theatre drama that has been watched by over 30,000 people.

In 2022 she set up the Queen Moremi (365) outstanding leaders award given to 365 women globally for their outstanding achievements.

In 2023 she co-founded the Conference of Oloris (queens) for a discussion on how to impact rural communities Queen Ronke Ademiluyi-Ogunwusi oversees QMA International, an initiative that supports the rights of girls and women in Nigeria & Africa.

Offa is a city in Kwara State of Nigeria, with a population of about 166,112 inhabitants. The town is noted for its weaving and dyeing trade, using vegetable dyes made from locally grown indigo and other plants. Offa is well known for the cultivation of sweet potatoes and maize which also formed part of the favourite staple foods for the indigenes in the town. Cattle, goats and sheep are also raised there. Alayeluwa Oba Okunade Sijuwade CFR was the fiftieth traditional ruler or Ooni of Ife from 1980 to his death in 2015, taking the regnal name Olubuse II. He was the traditional ruler of the Yoruba Kingdom of Ile-Ife a traditional Yoruba state based in the town of Ife in Osun State, Nigeria. He was crowned on 6 December 1980 in a ceremony attended by the Emir of Kano, Oba of Benin, Amayanabo of Opobo and Olu of Warri, as well as by representatives of the Queen of the United Kingdom.

Oke Ora is an ancient community and archaeological site situated on a hill about 8 km (5 mi) east of Ufẹ̀ (Ilé-Ifẹ̀), in between the city and the small village of Itagunmodi. In 2021, Damilare was enlisted as one of the Top 100 Nigerian Youth Leaders for the Royal African Young Leadership Forum (RAYLF) by His Imperial Majesty, Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi.

<i>Wura</i> season 1 Season of television series

The first season of the Showmax Original soap opera series Wura premiered on 23 January 2023, and concluded on 13 July 2023, with a total of 100 episodes. Shortly after Wura hit 50 episodes, the producers spoke with The Guardian Saturday Magazine, about its plan for the first season to reach over 200 episodes., it was announced that Wura would have only 4 episodes released from Monday to Thursday for 25 weeks. On 13 July 2023, the Showmax announced the end of season 1, shortly after the release of the 100 episodes "Blabbermouth". On 13 November 2023, showmax announce the release date for its second season.
