Rooms with Walls and Windows is the first full-length album by American singer-songwriter Julie Byrne, released in 2014. The album is a compilation of two limited-run cassette tapes that Byrne released in 2012, You Would Love It Here and Julie Byrne.
Russel Warfield of Drowned in Sound gave this album a 7 out of 10, writing that Byrne "brilliantly subverts this old truism" of succeeding through directness that makes "an immersive listen with absolutely no breaks from its fragile atmosphere; a beautiful and beguiling record, full of space, absence, and mixed emotions". [1] In Loud and Quiet , Chris Watkeys rated this release a 5 out of 10, writing that while Byrne "has created something beautiful... something with a shred of originality she has not". [2] Pitchfork Media's Jayson Greene scored Rooms with Walls and Windows a 7.4 out of 10, recommending that listeners use headphones to appreciate the softer sounds in the songs, which resembles ambient music. [3]

Mark Hollis is the only solo album by the former Talk Talk frontman Mark Hollis. It was released on Polydor Records on 26 January 1998, then reissued on Pond Life on 13 March 2000. In 2003, the album was released in LP format on Universal Records.

The Hungry Saw is the seventh studio album by British alternative band Tindersticks, released on 28 April 2008 by Beggars Banquet Records. Following the release of the band's sixth album, Waiting for the Moon in 2003, Tindersticks had entered an extended hiatus before reconvening to perform at the Don't Look Back event in September 2006. This concert marked the final performance of the original line-up of the band, and three members left the group shortly afterwards. The remaining members of Tindersticks felt reinvigorated by the performance, and relocated to France to begin working on new material in the summer of 2007, recording and producing the album at their own Le Chien Chanceaux studio in Limousin. The Hungry Saw was the first new Tindersticks material in five years.
