Ross David "Rossi" Eames (born 27 January 1985) is the former head coach at Barnet.
Eames began his sporting career as an artistic gymnast, winning medals at the British Championships before retiring from the sport aged 21. [1]
He then played football for Chesham United (where he later managed the reserve team), [2] and Amersham Town, and graduated from Leeds Metropolitan University in sports science, [3] before joining Leeds United as an academy coach. Eames joined Barnet in 2009, and managed the under-16 and under-18 teams before being appointed as Development Team Coach in 2015, working with the club's under-21 players. Eames was appointed caretaker manager of the first team on 1 December 2016, alongside Henry Newman, following the departure of Martin Allen to Eastleigh. [4] [5] On 15 February 2017, Barnet appointed Kevin Nugent as the team's new first team manager and Rossi was appointed as Nugent's assistant manager. On 8 April, Rossi won the Lester Finch Award at the Barnet player of the year awards for his contribution to the football club.
On 15 April 2017, after the sacking of Kevin Nugent, Eames was once again placed in caretaker charge of Barnet. [6]
Eames was then given the role of first team head coach on a permanent basis on 19 May 2017. [7] Eames was replaced as first team head coach on 13 November 2017, by Mark McGhee with Eames taking a new role as head of player development. [8] Eames resigned from the club in July 2018. [9] He joined Chelsea as a scout in August 2018 before taking up a role in academy recruitment at Brighton & Hove Albion [10]

Barnet Football Club is a professional football club based in Edgware, North London. The team compete in the National League, the fifth tier of the English football league system. The club was founded in Chipping Barnet, then part of Hertfordshire, in 1888. They played their home matches at Underhill Stadium from 1907 until 2013, when they moved to the new Hive Stadium in Edgware, which is named based on the club's nickname of "the Bees". The women's team, the London Bees, compete in the FA Women's National League.

Martin James Allen is an English football manager and former player. He played more than 100 games as a midfielder for both Queens Park Rangers and West Ham United before finishing his playing career with Portsmouth and Southend United. Five years later, he took his first job in management, at non-league Barnet. He has since managed Brentford, Milton Keynes Dons, Leicester City, Cheltenham Town and Notts County. He rejoined Barnet as manager on 16 April 2012 on a short-term, three-match contract succeeding Lawrie Sanchez. In July 2012 he became manager of Gillingham and in the 2012–13 season led the team to the Football League Two title, earning Allen his first promotion as a manager and Gillingham's first divisional title in 49 years. He was sacked as Gillingham manager in October 2013. Allen rejoined Barnet for a fourth spell in 2014, leading the Bees back into League Two before dropping divisions to join Eastleigh in December 2016, a role he held only until the following February.
