Rudy Khairullah Bin Adi Negara (born 19 July 1994) is a Singaporean footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for Singapore Premier League club Geylang International.
Rudy started his career with S.League club Gombak United making 3 league appearances in the 2012 season.
Rudy joined under-23 developmental side Courts Young Lions after Gombak United withdrew from the S.League at the end of the 2012 season.
Rudy joined Home United in 2017 after he completed his compulsory National Service.
On 12 January 2022, Rudy was loaned to Balestier Khalsa ahead of the 2022 Singapore Premier League season after falling behind the pecking order being the fourth choice goalkeeper behind Hassan Sunny, Izwan Mahbud and Adib Nor Hakim.
Rudy was loaned to Geylang International on 27 June 2023 midway throughout the season to get more game time. In the 2024 season, Rudy was chosen as the main choice goalkeeper for the club.
Rudy represented Singapore U23 at the 2014 Asian Games. [2] He was called up to the senior team for the friendly matches against Papua New Guinea and Hong Kong on in September 2014 with both match being held at the Hougang Stadium but has yet to make his international debut. [3]
In December 2024, Rudy was called up by Singapore national team head coach, Tsutomu Ogura for the 2024 ASEAN Championship

Geylang International Football Club is a professional football club based in Bedok, Singapore, that competes in Singapore Premier League, the top division of football in Singapore. The club was founded in 1973 to build a successful football team that would be remembered for generations to come. They played their first season in 1974, winning the FAS Division Three League which earned them a spot in National Football League Division One the following year. The season covers from 13 March 2021 to 2 October 2021. Coming into their second year with owners, Sea Limited, Lion City Sailors are surely aiming for the top spot of the Singapore Premier League after making big signings such as Brazilian duo Jorge Fellipe and Diego Lopes in the pre-season. In just his 2nd match for the team, Jorge Fellipe was able to score a late equalisers to level the game against Albirex Niigata Singapore FC which ended 2-2. Meanwhile, fellow countryman Diego Lopes took 5 matches to finally score a goal in Singapore and did so in stunning fashion, smashing in 3 goals and 2 assists against Geylang International which ended with a 8–0 win.
