Ruen Brothers is an alternative rock, Americana duo originally from Scunthorpe, England and consisting of brothers Henry Stansall (rhythm guitar, lead vocals) and Rupert Stansall (lead guitar, backing vocals, various instruments). The duo's name comes from mixing their first names. [1] Ruen Brothers first rose to prominence in 2013 through the BBC Radio program BBC Music Introducing with their self-produced song "Aces". [2]
Ruen Brothers' debut album All My Shades of Blue was released on Ramseur Records (courtesy of Universal Republic) on June 1, 2018. [3] The album was produced by Rick Rubin and features Chad Smith of the Red Hot Chilli Peppers on drums, Dave Keuning of The Killers on strings, and Ian McLagan of Faces/Small Faces on keys. [4] [5] It is the last record McLagan appeared on before his death in 2014. [6]
Ruen Brothers' third album Ten Paces was released on Yep Roc Records on June 2, 2023, [7] and charted on Billboard and radio throughout 2023 and was the #65 radio-charted Roots Rock Album of 2023 and the #45 radio-charted Roots Rock UK Album of 2023. [8] [9] Ten Paces was produced by Rupert Stansall who also produced their self-released second album Ultramodern in 2021. [10]
Additionally, Ruen Brothers have written music for films including "Break the Rules" and "Lonesome" for Netflix's The Half of It in 2020, and "Up in California" for Blumhouse's Adopt a Highway in 2019. [11] [12] [13]
Their music combines many genres, including folk, country, rock and roll, alternative rock and Americana, as well as influence from Westerns and film noir. [14] They cite the Rolling Stones, The Who, Chuck Berry, Roy Orbison, the Everly Brothers, Al Green, Johnny Cash and Bobby Womack as musical influences. [13]

Lucinda Gayl Williams is an American singer-songwriter and a solo guitarist. She recorded her first two albums, Ramblin' on My Mind (1979) and Happy Woman Blues (1980), in a traditional country and blues style that received critical praise but little public or radio attention. In 1988, she released her third album, Lucinda Williams, to widespread critical acclaim. Regarded as "an Americana classic", the album also features "Passionate Kisses", a song later recorded by Mary Chapin Carpenter for her 1992 album Come On Come On, which garnered Williams her first Grammy Award for Best Country Song in 1994. Known for working slowly, Williams released her fourth album, Sweet Old World, four years later in 1992. Sweet Old World was met with further critical acclaim, and was voted the 11th best album of 1992 in The Village Voice's Pazz & Jop, an annual poll of prominent music critics. Robert Christgau, the poll's creator, ranked it 6th on his own year-end list, later writing that the album, as well as Lucinda Williams, were "gorgeous, flawless, brilliant".

Parker Yancey McCollum is an American Americana and country singer-songwriter based in Texas. The owner of PYM Music, he released his first single and EP in 2013; his debut album The Limestone Kid was released on February 24, 2015. The Austin Chronicle gave the release 3.5/5 stars, writing that "it's too early to declare The Limestone Kid debut of the year, but it's already one to beat", and comparing McCollum's music to Charlie Robison's. McCollum and his backing band announced a 2015 tour of Texas in support of the album, performing at events such as RedGorilla Music Fest. McCollum released the EP Probably Wrong: Session One on July 7, 2017, and followed it with Probably Wrong: Session Two on September 8, 2017. The full Probably Wrong album was released on November 10, 2017. His major-label debut album Gold Chain Cowboy was released July 30, 2021.
Nothing but Thieves are a British rock band, formed in 2012 in Southend-on-Sea, Essex consisting of lead vocalist and guitarist Conor Mason, guitarist Joe Langridge-Brown, guitarist and keyboardist Dominic Craik, bassist Philip Blake, and drummer James Price. In 2014, they signed to RCA Records and a year later in October 2015, they released their self-titled debut album. Their second album, Broken Machine was released in September 2017, receiving wide acclaim in addition to peaking at No. 2 in the UK Album Charts. They released an EP titled What Did You Think When You Made Me This Way? in October 2018, followed by their third studio album, Moral Panic, in October 2020. This was followed in July 2021 by the album's "second part" with the EP entitled Moral Panic II. In June 2023, they released their fourth studio album, Dead Club City, which became their first UK No.1 album.
Zachary Stephen Williams is an American Christian rock artist from Jonesboro, Arkansas. From 2007 through 2012 he was a member and lead vocalist of Zach Williams & The Reformation. He was also the lead singer of the Christian group Brothers of Grace, renamed as Zach Williams and the Brothers of Grace. In 2016 he went solo.

Takin' It Back is the fifth major-label studio album by American singer-songwriter Meghan Trainor. Epic Records released the album on October 21, 2022. Trainor worked with producers including Federico Vindver, Gian Stone, Kid Harpoon, and Tyler Johnson. Featured artists include Scott Hoying, Teddy Swims, Theron Theron, Natti Natasha, and Arturo Sandoval. It is a doo-wop and bubblegum pop album, which Trainor conceived as a return to the sound of her debut major-label studio album, Title (2015), after its title track went viral on TikTok. Takin' It Back's lyrical themes revolve around motherhood and self-acceptance.
