Rust Blaster (stylized as RustBlaster) is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Yana Toboso. It was serialized in Square Enix's Monthly GFantasy from November 2005 to April 2006 and published in a single volume.

In January 2015,Yen Press announced they licensed the series for English publication. [6] They released the volume on August 18,2015. [2]
Jason Thompson of Otaku USA criticized the series,stating it "works best as a so-bad-it's-good comedy". [7] Gregory Smith of The Fandom Post offered a different perspective,recommended the series to new shōnen manga fans. [1] Christel Scheja of Splash Comics also praised the series,stating that while it was not as good as the author's next work, Black Butler ,it was still "fun to read". [8]
Gangan is a manga imprint owned by Square Enix Holdings. It originated as a manga imprint for Enix before the company re-branded as Square Enix. It publishes manga in several anthologies aimed at different reader demographic groups in the Japanese market. Its anthologies are home to some popular Square Enix manga series which were adapted into anime series,like Fullmetal Alchemist,Moribito:Guardian of the Spirit,Nabari no Ou,Inu x Boku SS,The Case Study of Vanitas and Soul Eater. The comics are later collected in paperback volumes under brand names such as Gangan Comics,Gangan Comics Joker and Young Gangan Comics,which identify the anthology of serialisation. These paperback brand names are formed by omitting any gekkan or shōnen in the magazine name and inserting Comics directly after the word Gangan.
Material Puzzle is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Masahiro Totsuka. It was serialized in Square Enix's shōnen manga magazine Monthly Shōnen Gangan from 2002 to 2007,followed by gaiden chapters and a short series subtitled SaikōShōnen,published from 2007 to 2008. A prequel series by Kimitake Yoshioka,titled Material Puzzle:Zero Kreuz,was serialized in Monthly Shōnen Gangan and Gangan Online from 2008 to 2009. Nine years after the original series' finale,Totsuka started another series,titled Material Puzzle:Kaminaki Sekai no Mahoutsukai,in Kodansha's seinen manga magazine Morning Two,which ran from 2018 to 2022.
Superior is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Ichtys. The story centers around the Hero Exa and the Demon Queen Sheila along with the corresponding war between the demon and human races. It was published in Square Enix's Gangan Powered from June 2004 to February 2009. After Gangan Powered ceased its publication,the series was transferred to Monthly GFantasy,and re-titled Superior Cross,and serialized from April 2009 to August 2011. A Drama CD was released by Frontier Works in March 2007.
Nabari no Ou is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Yuhki Kamatani. It was serialized in Square Enix's shōnen manga magazine Monthly GFantasy from May 2004 to August 2010,with its chapters collected in 14 tankōbon volumes. In North America,it was licensed for English release by Yen Press. A 26-episode anime television series by J.C.Staff was broadcast in Japan on TV Tokyo from April to September 2008. In North America,the anime series was licensed by Funimation.
Black Butler is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Yana Toboso. It has been serialized in Square Enix's shōnen manga magazine Monthly GFantasy since September 2006. The series follows Ciel Phantomhive,the 12-year-old Earl of Phantomhive serving as the Queen's Watchdog. He is tasked with solving crimes in the underworld of Victorian-era London. Ciel has formed a contract with demon Sebastian Michaelis,who disguises himself as his butler,to seek revenge on those who tortured him and murdered his parents. In exchange for his services,Sebastian will be allowed to consume Ciel's soul.
