Sabir Butt (born April 20, 1969 in Nairobi, Kenya) is a Canadian former professional male squash player. He reached a career-high world ranking of World No.17 in May 1988 after having joined the Professional Squash Association in 1985. Winner of 16 PSA international events and 4 time Canadian National Men's Champion. He represented Canada during the 1987 & 1989 World Team Squash Championships. Sabir was also Mississauga Athlete of the Year in 1994.

Squash, sometimes called squash rackets, is a racket-and-ball sport played by two (singles) or four players (doubles) in a four-walled court with a small, hollow, rubber ball. The players alternate in striking the ball with their rackets onto the playable surfaces of the four walls of the court. Nazir Sabir is a Pakistani mountaineer. He was born in Hunza. He has climbed Mount Everest and four of the five 8000 m peaks in Pakistan, including the world's second highest mountain K2 in 1981, Gasherbrum II 8035m, Broad Peak 8050m in 1982, and Gasherbrum I 8068m in 1992.
